Great location with ocean view. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Nice amenities. Valet parking can be very crowded on the wknd. Can be a little noisy in hallways with kids running around, you may want to stay directly across street at Hyatt where it’s mostly adults if noise is a concern. But overall a nice place.

A very nice hotel with ocean views adjacent the beach. Quick valet and good valet staff. My biggest complaint is that nobody picks up the phones in any department. The phone just rings and rings. Room service food is subpar. Sadly I was disappointed in my stay because it’s a beautiful property yet IKEA furniture in the room.

I like the first impression looks and smells clean and is modern.
I didn't like that I had to wait to check in and had to pay extra for parking.

This is our third stay here. We always love staying here.
The staff are wonderful. The location offers a short walk to the beach.
Just an overall pleasant stay.

Great location to explore Oceanside, probably the nicest hotel on in the city. Unfortunately poor customer service from the late check in (room wasn't ready till almost an hour after check in tine with no care for the inconvenience (rude actually) to the valet who didn't help with luggage or even open the door for my wife - just took his tip and went back to the valet stand to vape. We had a suite on the corner, about $1100. Nice view... clean. Loud. For the money I'd stay in Del mar again, in a Júnior suite and get better service.

The rooms were big, comfortable, and upscale. Service was top notch. Great location with beach and pier across the street. I think they could have had a better menu at their restaurants and cafes. The food did not live up to the high ratings they gave it.

The only problem i didn’t get is Hotel and spa should be for adult only . Look like a daycare . So many kids in the pool. I feel the kids run the pool next to a spa. Loud kids everywhere, screaming at each others. Spa should be peaceful, quiet, enjoyable, but was not.
