Room was in poor condition. Some lights didn't work. Poor repair jobs on walls bathroom tub, and tiles. Weird odor in room. Was not anywhere near a $200 a night room.

The Heater wasn't working. Finally replaced it 3 times to get it working. Literally froze my buns off! Phone didnt work for 3 days . Bed was very comfortable. Thank you

Great place to stay locally in Ocoee, only downside was no in-house for, only snacks, however, there is Denny's, McDonald's and other places to eat within walking distance. Comfortable bed and nice hot water!

I checked in on the 01/08/2024. Front desk was very courteous and very customer service oriented. I am not sure ,i think her name was Dania.
The room was a stench, roaches, bed sheets looks like it was never changed, the tub was clogged.
Next morning i asked for room cleaning. Came back in the evening and it was worse than before. Housekeeping didn't make the beds, i left markings to check if they did clean.. no cleaning. I contacted fronk desk( would not reveal her name, absolutely rude and obnoxious, worst customer service, does not deserve to work in a hospitality position. Didn't offer any solution. Just kept saying to me she does not need to hear this..seems frustrated as if it was my fault that she has to work. She worked the evening shift on the 9th. I will find her name..please don't go to this place i understand it's cheap and dont expect much but hostile service made it worse.

I don't know if it was the clientele or just that it was New Year's Eve, but people were yelling in the hall all night. The people next to us had their TV on really loud ALL night. The people above us were dropping things and stomping all night. We got very little sleep. The room was decent - not great. It's an older property. The staff were super nice, though, and the location was great. Didn't like having to pay a security deposit or being presented at check-in with a list of how much things would cost to replace if broken or stolen. Again - I think it's probably due to the clientele. I noticed there were weekly rates. If that had been shown on ******* I probably would have reserved a room somewhere else. But I'll say it again - the staff were super nice.

WiFi at my room is unstable. Sign strength is weak.
2 occasions during my stay at 1700 after work have no hot water. showered only with chilly cold water.

The property needs redecorating and the bathroom especially needs updating (I kept getting bugs in the bathroom). The pictures on the website are definitely from a few years ago and isn’t a true reflection of what the rooms look like now.
The staff were lovely and helpful.

I checked into the property and went to the room. Inside the room it was small and the double beds didnt match. One was bigger than the other. I immediately returned to the front and asked for a refund because my family and i wasnt staying there. The clerk said they had a no refund policy and then proceeded to say she didnt have the authority to cancell my reservation. She was ridiculous because i was not on the property not even 15 minutes. I truly would not recommend this property. I should have known something when i was given a lost of cost for items if they were damaged...SMDH
