Our check in was so complicated that i was about to tranfer to other hotel but i cant no longer cancel it. It's midnight already when we arrived so everyone's tired. The front desk was lack of experience. If there's a mistake, i believe she should have provided or at least suggested what the client can do to resolve it. I hope next time, they will provide what kind of breakfast they have. We asked the front desk that night about the breakfast, she just answered 'well it's not me who provided the info about it'... so disappointed.
