This is probably the worst hotel I ever been. The management needs to check the property comprehensively for a minimum standard of hotels. First, the software of the checking system made a wrong explanation that my first night wasn’t paid. Then I gave my credit card to be charged. Within a few seconds, the front desk guy told me that it was paid full previously. The system just didn’t make it right since I showed up past midnight. Second, the hot breakfast options are on the next hotel across from our hotel. Turns out both are under the same group. Mind you, that the weather is below 10 F with lots of wind. Next, the room cards given are not working. So we had to go up and downstairs to check with the front desk. Next, there’s no hair dryers, so the front desk had to check each room to find if there’s a unused hair dryer. Lastly, the wifi is super super slow on the floor we’re on. Only on the first floor is working fine.
