Our bedding was dirty. Had to ask for clean bedding. Remade our beds ourselves. Bathroom wasn't clean, floors were not vacuumed, clumps of food under the dust ruffle, worker declined to work anything out with me. My only option was if i wanted to leave i had 15 minutes to do so.

Breakfast choice worst than anywhere. Dry cereal, bread, egg puck, stale biscuit with bland gravy, a couple bruised apples and was told nothing missing, that's all they offer. Couldn't get get extra towel in the evening because according to the desk clerk, he had no key and there was no access to housekeeping in the evenings. Limited parking available as well.

Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. The lady called me by first name when checking out (impressive)!

Homeless people in parking lot , water in shower was luke warm at best and tub had rusty water running down the sides , room smelled like smoke

For the price it was excellent we were so happy with the room. Everything hreally was nice. I can’t believe it only cost $48. A breakfast was lacking a little bit but that’s OK.

Good rate, hot breakfast included which is nice for the family. Overall cleanliness and condition of the property was not as good. We had an air vent hanging by a screw over the bed in our room. There were no comforters on our queen beds, although we were provided with them upon request.
Half of the room darkening cutains were missing, so we had bright lights from the city outside pouring in the bedroom all night long. Shower pipes made a loud banging noise when the water was running. The toilet did not consistently flush properly. Overall, the property could have been cleaner and better maintained throughout.

I was not able to check in bc I booked the room online via Apple Pay and once I got to the property, the tap terminal was not working and they wanted to charge me 150 cash deposit. I did not stay there and I was not refunded either. I am very very upset

The hotel is older but the room are spaces. Overall, it was a good hotel for the purpose I was using it for.

My experience was good. No issues checking in and the room was good. Comfy bed. The breakfast didn't look appetizing.
