I found this hotel great ! We enjoyed a lot for 10 days. I don't want to miss anything in my review that's why I wil write with numbers 1. Hotel is very clean 2. Food is very,very goed. Variety of dishes plenty of greens for the healthy fricks and paradise for those with a sweet tooth 3.Animation team is wonderful! Enthusiastic and kind. We love Rico! Lovely person and full of energy .There are a lot of activities . You wil never be bored. 4. Hospitality is TOP ! Me and my family felt very comfortable and taken for. Very kind and warm hotel staff. Helpful and smiling I can't give all names but my pictures show the atmosphere . 5. And the last one..MASSAGES Very,very goed ! We would like to thank to Nas and Dr Ahmed for a great work We feel very relaxed afterall. I can surely recommend this hotel for a holiday !

We came here for a week as a couple,and we were positively impressed. We don't get why people are giving bad reviews on this hotel. Of course it's not perfect,but it's more than enough for a joyful holiday,and we'll never forget this vacation. Very friendly personnel. Clean rooms,clean pools,very good food and loads of it. Nice and communicative employees. Ramzi,the hotel manager,is a very nice and friendly person,always asked us if everything is ok,and if we feel good. The man responsible for animation,Rico,is also very friendly and kind,and he always gave me a positive vibe and good energy. We will definitely come here again!

First of all the the receptionist gave us a standard room instead of family room. We realized this after the check in and after we moved all our staff. We went to the reception and they change the room with a proper one but ups the air conditioner did not work. When I went again to the reception desk the solution was to change the room again. I explained to them that was not a good solution to move to one room to another every 5 minutes and finally sent an electrician to solve the air conditioner problem. This hotel is a bad joke, the pool bar near the beach is open 3 hours per day, nothing near the beach... At The gym none of the Machines work ,they are out of service or broken. The cleaning ... oh my God... the lady didn t change the towels because she considerd that the towels were not dirty by her gesture ( she didn t knew english) and gave me a recipient to put soap in the box after she cleaned up the room. The food till now is fine but we are only in our second day here... who knows what else will happen?

I very much appreciate Mr. Remzi who helped me with several problems. He was so nice and helpful! I liked the hotel very much; it is so luxurious. There was plenty of food, the cleaning was good, the pool was clear, I liked training in the water and the staffs were nice. However, almost nobody spoke English. Disadvantage: sometimes didn't work air-condition in Lobby, and during dinner it was hell to find an empty table. The hotel was full of Russians who behaved very arrogantly. Unfortunately, even though it is forbidden by the management to block the sunbeds with towels, everyone did it. At 8 in the morning, all the sunbeds by the pool were taken, even though no one was in the water. Somebody should take care of this. Finally I consider to visit this hotel next summer as well.

The food was good, hotel was nice. A little bit too loud music outside of the hotel, but if you like it, that hotel is good. Nice people around. Cleaning staff was everyday in our room. Just few people of hotel staff can speak English (managers and one man at Shisha bar). The canteen staff and cleaning staff didn't speak English.

9 out of 10. Good: amazing food, lots of cheese types, vegetables and meat. Sweets and cakes... Plenty of them, all very good. Nice and clean rooms, Nice area for Kids and pool. Rico from entartainment team was fabulos! Games everyday, and he make sure that everyone was happy. He deserved a 10 stars! Bad: you have to pay extra for wifi în rooms and for safe. 95% from staff doesn't speak english, but on a bright side, they are trying their Best to understand and make you happy.
