Really nice interior. Cozy nice rooms. There is no AC in the room, or at least it is not working as it should. It was hard to sleep, because the room was too "hot". Also one minus, there was no shampoo or even shower gel in the bathroom. Only soap for washing hands, and it was solid bottle next to the sink! No soap at the shower at all... Small lake with possibility to activities near by. Beach, bar, beach volley etc. Also located to the nature.

The hotel is located in a very very nice area, close to a lake with some beaches, and a little forest area. It's ideal to relax, to go as a couple or with children as there are many activities and playgrounds for kids.

Upon arrival, you can easily park your car in the spacious parking lots. Unfortunately, the hotel currently has no charging points for electric vehicles. I understood from one of the staff members that they are working on it, and he hopes it will be installed in the coming months. Should you have your own bikes with you, you can store them in a lockable storage area; this area is accessible with your room key. The reception was closed when we arrived after 8 pm, but we were nicely met in the restaurant, where we were immediately given our room key. No paperwork or credit card authorization, which you don't see very often anymore, but it does exude tremendous hospitality. The employee then walked us to another building where our room was. We had a lovely spacious junior suite on the 2nd floor with a separate bathtub placed in the room, and in the bathroom, there was a rain shower. The beds were good. For us on the hard side, but that is a matter of personal preference, we slept wonderfully in an oasis of tranquility. There is a small but very good breakfast buffet in the morning with fresh bread, plenty of toppings, and hard-boiled eggs. In summary: Tranquility, hospitality, neat facilities, and above all, friendly and attentive staff.

Lovely hotel in the middle of the woods. Went for a romantic weekend and it definitely exceeded our expecations, we loved it!
Bedroom was very spacious and clean, super comfy bed and friendly staff. Great for a relaxing weekend.

Een nachtje hier de suite ( kamer108) geboekt om Twente te ontdekken en Ootmarsum te bezoeken . De ligging is geweldig midden in de natuur met het prachtige recreatiegebied op een steenworp . De kamer ( 50m2! ) met bubbelbad , sauna , badjassen etc . was super schoon en fijn qua indeling. Heerlijk bed ook👍. Prima - niet overdreven met zalm en zo - ontbijtbuffet waar alles royaal aanwezig was Prachtige wandelingen, ‘zomers zwemmen etc in de directe omgeving zijn mogelijk Wat opvalt als “ westerling” …alles ziet er verzorgd uit, geen graffiti, uitzonderlijk. We komen zeker een keer terug in het verrassend mooie Twente.

Eine ganz tolle Erfahrung. Wir haben spontan eine Übernachtung gebucht und sind komplett begeistert. Das Hotel und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sehr gemütlich und modern, das Personal kompetent und ausgesprochen freundlich. Zum Abend haben wir ein 3 Gänge Menü gewählt, welches sehr gut geschmeckt hat und von einem leckeren Rosé abgerundet wurde. Das Frühstücksbüffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und werden etwas länger bleiben, da die Gegend viele Aktivitäten bietet.

Enige welk als minder prettig werd ervaren was de toilet en douche met het matglas er tussen…

Hotel ligt naast Het Hulsbeek waar je met mooi weer kan recreëren en wandelen, gelegen midden in het bos. Hadden omdat het zomer was een kamer met terras geboekt. Met het warme weer wilde we lekker buiten gaan zitten, maar we kregen ineens een kamer op de 2e etage zonder enig uitzicht (dakpannen was enige wat we konden zien). Navraag bij de receptie leerde ons dat onze geboekte kamer was weggegeven aan een bedrijf die hier een activiteit had en dat we eigenlijk een upgrade hadden gekregen naar een grotere duurdere juniorsuite. Kamer was warm en de luchtcirculatie was niet van dien aard dat het frisser werd. Kleine badkamer. De bedden waren goed. En het ontbijt 's ochtends was prima, alleen een wat ongezellige ontbijtzaaltje. We hadden mede n.a.v. alle recensies een heel ander verblijf verwacht, dus zijn vertrokken na een verblijf dat niet aan onze verwachting voldeed. Hotel is zeer prijzig en is te duur voor wat je krijgt.
