Good hotel, nice room, bed was really comfortable.
Mini bar was a bit poor only one of each item when there are two people in a room.
Food was good lots of variety and choice. Snack bar food was great and pizzas were delicious.
Drinks and cocktails were a very good standard.
Staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive.
Disappointed that there was no courtesy room to get showered and changed, you had to use the spa which was not the best and it was so hot and uncomfortable.
I did express my views and the lovely lady at guest relations offered a better solution.
Would recommend a stay at this hotel and would return.

先説優點酒店可供休閑娛樂設施並不少 籃球場網球場桌球廳健身房一應俱全 由於是全包式酒店一日三餐管夠 酒水這些也都免費 旺季一天一千五左右的價格可謂是性價比拉滿
再説缺點由於酒店開業時間太長 房間可謂是十分陳舊跟國內三四線城市四星酒店裝修基本一致 三餐種類重複率極高大多是為了果腹的高熱量餐食
總而言之還是十分推薦大家的酒店地理位置優越離海邊步行五分鐘 費特希耶的海也是出了名的好看 放平心態 不用苛刻旅行也是修行

We will definitely return here next year, we've had a great time. Request block 1 or 2 for the quiet rooms. Entertainment team here make the hotel, they are absolutely fantastic! Our baby turned one whilst we were here, and they couldn't do enough for her.

Was a really good hotel, staff were very friendly, loved the food (the cakes were awesome), was in a great location. Rooms were nice and clean, maybe not the most modern, but were good enough, had nice bedding & aircon worked great. Pool was good, was a nice family atmosphere and had some good entertainment at night.

We just got home today from spending a week here. The food was really good and lots of variety. Lots of variety on the drinks aswell for all inclusive. Entertainment day and night was brilliant and great fun. Location was perfect. What made our experience every night even better was the waiter at the restaurant Emir Can. Such an amazing member of staff and a credit to the hotel. He really did stand out a mile, on the 2nd night he remembered all our drinks orders ( we were a party of 8 people) and each night as soon we arrived within minutes we had our drinks brought over to us without having to order. We made sure each night we sat in the area he was serving just so we could have him as our waiter. Thank you Amir for making our dining experience personal and delightful. Excellent hotel and would definitely return again.

Very good hotel! You won't be disappointed: * delicious food * beautiful garden * clean * good service * nice animation during evening (Party and performance of Mongolian acrobats) * refrigerator at room refilled once a day for free (all inclusive) * pool towels available in the room Two points for improvement: - adding attractions to the playground (it is quite poor) - prohibit drinking in the pool and leaving glasses near pool

Came here this time with family and friends. Last time we came to Suncity was about 8 years ago but have been coming to Oludeniz about 15 times. Since being taken over by Sundia it was fantastic. The food was super yummy, cocktails great and the entertainment was 5 star. The entertainment team made such an effort to ensure everyone was having a great time. So many happy memories made and will definitely be returning again in the future. I would highly recommend coming to this hotel. It’s some of the best all inclusive food and drinks we have had in Oludeniz and we have stayed at many hotels. Thank you for an amazing time!

Fabulous and comfortable hotel just for a holiday with the family. So thoughtful with different evenings shows every day. Amazing entertainment team and staff. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help at all times. We will definitely come back next year.
