First time in Turkey and I loved it , Travelled with a group of friends.The Karbel has great views of the mountains, good location, short walk (10 minutes) to blue lagoon. Food is delicious, So much to choose from. The Staff – What can I say, Excellent. All the staff are very helpful, cheerful and nothing is too much trouble , Front manager Umit , Kermit to name a few Daily entertainment from a great team Jay, Robbie & Tuba, every day different show. Highly recommended. Will come back for sure.

Where to start, this has been one of the best family holidays we’ve been on! This was our first time at Karbel and definitely won’t be the last! From the very first day we arrived we’ve been welcomed with open arms and friendly faces. The hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains and lots of greenery in and around which is maintained to a very high standard. This hotel has some outstanding big thank you to kermit for looking after us and his lovely staff in the resturant and a la carte , Gokhan , Sila and Nergul to name just a few . Food was outstanding and always such a good choice , Kids loved the ice creams served in the afternoon round the pool . Thank you for such a amazing holiday

Had a great week at the Karbel with my husband and children. Hotel is set in a perfect location in such beautiful grounds , can't fault the hotel at all. My children loved the swimming pool , there was a kids club for them along with a mini disco most evenings to keep them entertained . The staff go out of there way to make sure the whole family are enjoying there holiday and always take time to talk. Special big thank you to Kermit he was amazing looked after us from the minute we arrived . Food was fantastic in the restaurant my children are fussy eaters and never struggled to find something to eat, Staff in the restaurant were all brilliant. Entertainment every night which we loved and once again fab team of entertainers. Would definitely return .

Very clean and great location. Food mediocre to poor. Friendly and efficient staff. There are no 'No Smoking'area except inside main dinning room. All other areas, including the pool area, are full smoking areas. Not good if you have asthma or are a non smoker. Will not stay here again.

Just returned , This was my 4th Visit to the Karbel Hotel within the last 12 months and i will be returning again in 4 weeks time for the 5th. The staff here are 5* they all work so hard to look after you and make sure have a fabulous holiday , Kermit who manages is a absolute credit to this hotel very professional and such a friendly guy , he has a amazing team of staff in the restaurant Sila , Nergul and Gokhan along with Ozzy and Medine in the a la carte . Can't fault this hotel it is spotlessly clean , spacious rooms and gorgeous pool area. Entertainment staff Jay , Robie & Tuba were great had us involved in the daily activities Darts , pool & aerobics very friendly and again did such a fantastic job day & night . See you all soon can't wait to return

This was my 5th time travelling from England to Türkiye and this hotel, always have an amazing time, the staff are amazing and I will be returning soon. The entertainment staff are wonderful and really help bring the place alive, shoutout to Robin, Tuba and Jay for making the holiday all that much better

Just home from a great stay at the Karbel hotel. Room was modern and had plenty of space. It was cleaned every day, with new towels supplied also. Food was good, always something you could have. Pool was excellent, with plenty of beds round about it. Also having steps that let you walk into the pool is a bonus. All the staff were very pleasant and professional, but would like to give a special mention to Tuba, Robbie, Sammy and Jay the animation team. They work very hard and take time to speak to all the guests, and made us feel really welcome. Thanks guy's 😊.

Excellent WiFi throughout the entire hotel, so no need to worry 😀 . Amazing holiday, lovely food, enthusiastic entertainment team and spotlessly clean throughout. Thanks again for having us Kermit your a great manager, super helpful and funny too

Went to Karbel in October 2023 with family there was 8 of us for 10 days ,We all had a great time. The hotel was clean and food was very nice and the staff were friendly and hard workers. Especially Kermit he was very sociable always happy and made sure me and my family were ok, very fun person to be around especially with the karaoke. We are on our countdown to going back in 6 weeks time.
