The food was fabulous here! The complimentary breakfast was the best! The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner but otherwise great stay!

When I first checked into my room I heard this noise from the bathroom so I went in to see I noticed the handle to the toilet was just hanging on and the toilet just keep running. I was transferred to the room next door and when I checked into that room I could still hear the toilet from the other room so I was moved a second time. After all that I went to take a shower and I noted there was not much water pressure but at least the water was warm. Shortly after I stepped into the shower the water turned cold and then it turned really hot. I was able to finish my shower as I was in a hurry to meet friends for dinner. When I came back to my room I turned on the lamp next to my bed as I wanted to read and the lamp kept flickering. The next day I went to the bar and nobody was there so I went to the check in area and they had to call someone to come over because they were short staffed. That person was not in a good mood and didn’t have any interest in offering good service and she made it very clear. I was so disappointed with my stay because I really like the location of the hotel. I can tolerate some of the issues I experienced if I was only paying $50 a night but when you pay $275 plus my expectations change and expect more.

I have no complaints. Everything and everyone was AMAZING!!! The room and hotel was clean, the staff were polite and accommodating. The food was good and during the complimentary evening reception, Mickey gave excellent service. Embassy Suties in Downtown Old Market made my stay in Omaha one to remember!!!

Room was cool and stayed cool until we upped the thermostat to 80*. Water pressure in bar sink was three times that of bathroom sink… and cold water tap in bathroom sink spun and spun until you found a spot where the water wouldn’t run. Breakfast buffet was fine and “made to order breakfasts” looked good. Staff was very accommodating. Parking? YOU pay anywhere from $23-29 per night.

Great free breakfast included and free drinks at happy hour. Very fun environment for a hotel, people actually hangout at the bar and in common areas.

Charged more than what was booked for, room was dirty. Pool was freezing. No Internet, ice maker on our floor was broken, couch was ripped up, bathroom counter paint was chipping. Definitely not worth the extra $100 a night we were charged

We love staying at ES properties and we plan to again. This particular stay was out of the norm. Room was “picked up” but not clean. We had to call for clean glasses, the tile floor was sticky, long hair left in the bathroom, and the comforter was stained.
