The attitude of the lobby staff was atrocious. I got an eye roll up on check in because I was annoyed by the fact that there were signs Saying you can pull in to the drop off so I parked in the garage and walked it all in. I another interaction 3 people at Starbucks managed to botch every aspect of my order, there was no line. When I was annoyed at the fact that you can't pay with our tipping and expressed this I got a very snarky 'thank you'. I replied I didn't appreciate that, to which she said ' I don't appreciate your attitude '. Wow. I booked a hotel over an Airbnb despite the similar pricing and sacrifice on comfort in exchange for service. Hotels are in trouble and this is part why. Service jobs require some swallowing of pride at times and this woman just had to keep going with the disrespect. Train your people Hilton, not just in what to say but to have true empathy for people so it's genuine.
