Convenient location, fun water park area and comfy beds. We were here with a group, using the conference room and catering, which were great. The hotel staff members were kind, professional, hospitable. The food and facilities were great!

Great place for kids. Parking was a little difficult, a wedding venue right next door and a Creighton game going on. Which was the FIRST time we ran into "Anthony". He helped us park. We went to the waterpark, and there was Anthony, collecting towels, being friendly. Took the kids to Burger Theory, had a beer. And, there was ANTHONY, again, assisting bartenders, being a great ambassador for the hotel and for Omaha, in general. Thank you, Anthony.

Staff was tremendous under pressure. Short staffed with canceled flight passengers, Jenny and Allie hustled to make sure that all the guests were taken care of. Great food and above expectations service. Very homey feel. Worth the visit.

Great service from the staff as always! They treat us amazing for our monthly meeting. I always enjoy seeing the same friendly faces to make it a welcoming experience and plan on continuing to attend.

Great venue for our Real estate investors association. Been coming here monthly for three years. Good food, try the pizza and burgers. Great servers. These folks stay open late for us every time. Jenny and Kelly are the best! Can't wait for next month!

Ive been a IHG member for a longtime. I was suppose to stay at this property. I was flying in from Columbus Ohio. My flight was canceled last minute due to mechanical failure of the aircraft. Because of this last minute issue I wasn’t able to keep my reservation. As clearly stated, this wasn’t my fault. I called the property and they told me there was nothing they could do. They still charged me. I called IHG and they informed me it was the properties decision. I was extremely disappointed because I’ve been a loyal customer. Christine and the other GM wouldn’t make an exception, even though I had no control of the situation. I went as far as having the airline call to tell them it wasn’t my fault and they still wouldn’t do anything. Beware when booking this property. You can probably find other accommodations. Very disappointed!! I’ve never left anyone a bad review but I felt like I needed to make the public aware.

I will say that I understand they were very busy due to a holiday weekend and an event in town, but that still does not excuse the condition of the hotel. We found this on a Black Friday special. The hot tub in the water park was cold, and the entire air in the water park was cold. There was human feces all over the mens bathroom in the water park area. There was a huge lack of towels in the rooms and pool area, but the front desk made sure we were aware during check in. The rooms were also not cleaned very well as there were crumbs behind the door, in the fridge and in the bathroom. I heard multiple people complaining at the front desk regarding the waterpark area. PROS: The staff was friendly -- both at the front desk and the restaurant/bar area. The rooms are also spacious with nice finishes, but they definitely need a deep clean.

I planned to spend a night here and I did book the trip through hotwire for the record. I was in town to visit a friend dying of cancer. My flight had mechanical trouble and I wasn't able to make my reservation. So I kindly called the hotel to ask them if they would use the funds and let me stay there Sunday night. They said no I would have to call hotwire. So I called hotwire. They said the hotel had my money and they would be contacting them to see if they would be willing to help me. The hotel refused to help me but at least hotwire gave me some credit toward another night. I will make damn sure that I don't stay at this dishonest, thieving hotel if I ever have to go to Omaha again. You should also consider whether you want to stay at such a place.
