Hot water timings they mentioned before checking in to the hotel and the provided timings are different. It is already bad that 24 hr hot water supply isn't there. At least they should follow the timings they mentioned. Do not expect breakfast before 8 am. If you want to leave for sight seeing early, it is not possible because of this. Drinking water dispenser has some issue. Complained multiple times but wasn't resolved. Finally at the end of the day, the staff boys provided water with kettles. It is really a bad experience.

The service was very poor. The attitude of the staff was very rude. There was no proper room service or cleaning. We stayed for 3 nights only 1 time room was cleaned and the linens were nit changed at all during these 4 days. There was no proper parking or guidance and even coffee and sugar sachets were not replaced on time

Breakfast each morning was a lovely start to the day, featuring a delightful array of fresh and tasty options and quite hygienic. The intimate dining area felt homely, and it was a pleasure to experience

I had a great stay, which is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were very good and always helpful at the restaurant and reception, a few mentions to pandi, chef vignesh and surya helped to cook for my kid ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for its prime location and friendly service!

What a truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service from the reception staffs rahul, arun and tushar. From the moment i arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. And they went out of their way to ensure all my needs as i arrived by 10 pm. One of the features i appreciated most was the reliable hot water service at the time they mentioned. After a long day of exploring, it was a relief to return to a hot shower with consistent water pressure and this was a big plus for me. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend hotel silver oak to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares.

i recently stayed at silver oak hotel, a great budget-friendly option in ooty. the staff were incredibly nice and provided excellent service throughout my stay (specially – sujath, prasanna, manisha, nema and prasanth were very helpful at the restaurant, gowri, karthick and rahul were very welcoming and informative at the reception). the hotel offers good value for money, and the location is perfect for anyone looking to explore the area. highly recommended for those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank!
