We ate at the outside terrace, the food was delicious and plentiful… the beers were tasty and cold. Very quite off season and enjoyable. The views are amazing, very beautiful place. Rasim the waiter was attentive and provided great service!!!

Tempo of waiters was like tempo of snail, without energy and willingness. I am so sorry but waiting for pasta 1 hour and 20 minutes is is crazy nowadays.Pasta was tasty but one cook for all restaurant is to little. Never ever …

Very nice hotel with a beautiful room with incredible view to sea. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is delicius and is possible chose a different food. If we came back to Opatija,we will came to this hotel.

Great a small hotel, spotless and perfect for kids with allergies. The staff is very friendly and polite. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Food is suitable for a 4* hotel. We have a great time, and we will come back again.

The bartender in the Restaurant was very rude. He wanted to make us feel shamed and said that the Restautant is not working even thoe on the door was written they are working! BAD EXPERIENCE! They are oppening at 10:00, and he said they they are opening at 10:30!? Never comming again!!!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel 2 weeks ago. Breakfast was good and the balcony with sea view was very nice. The location is perfect, it has a bus stop near by and it is part of the scenic lungomare walk so you can even walk to Lovran from it. The only downside is that even though it has private use of the beach, you have to pay extra to use the sunbeds (10€) and umbrellas (5€) which made our experience a bit awkward because we had to bring a lot of swimming stuff up and down from the pool everytime we wanted a 10 min swim at the sea.. when paying over 200€ a night at a seafront hotel, the least you expect from the hotel is to facilitate your access to the beach and not to impose barriers to it. We have been in similar hotels in the Croatian coast and we had never been asked to pay for hotel owned sunbeds.

Service was outstanding. Dario let us check in early, upgraded our room , and moved our luggage while we went for a long walk. There is parking on site. Be aware, streets are tight and one-way, you have to turn into the hotel driveway and ring the bell for the gate to open. Really liked breakfast. Standard European buffet but fresh and quickly replenished.

My wife and I stayed here for a night while travelling between Belgrade and Venice and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was very clean and well appointed. The room was comfortable and quiet with a beautiful view of the sea from the patio. We didn’t get to use the indoor or outdoor pool during our stay but they and the gym were very clean and in excellent condition. The value for our stay was already excellent but what set this stay apart was the truly exceptional service from Dario at the front desk. From check in to checkout and everywhere in between he was warm, friendly and eager to serve. He was of great help assisting us with parking and took care to inform us of an upcoming road closure that would have been quite disruptive to our plans. Every interaction with him was a pleasure and we felt that he genuinely enjoys his work. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Opatjia!

We hebben een kamer geboekt met uitzicht op zee. Helaas ontzettend veel lawaai van de airco die bij het restaurant hoort en geuroverlast van het restaurant op het balkon. In de douche liep het water niet weg, zat er schimmel aan de douchewanden en de vloer (zie foto's). Het ontbijt viel ook tegen. Eierschalen in de eieren, en van de 7 ochtenden, hadden we 2 dagen geen koffie, omdat de machine kapot was. Het bed was een drama. Deze stond scheef, omdat er een wieltje miste en één kant stond op piepschuim (zie foto). Slechte kwaliteit bedden. De kamers waren ontzettend gehorig. We sliepen naast de lift. Deze hoorde je constant omhoog en omlaag gaan. De receptie op de etage onder ons kon je ook duidelijk horen, ook het deurbelletje voor de parking was duidelijk hoorbaar. De kamers zijn erg klein. Het privéstrand is misleidende informatie. Er is niets privé aan, het is vrij toegankelijk voor iedereen. De ligbedden zijn 12 euro per persoon, ook voor hotelgasten. De parking is een totale catastrofe. We hebben in januari 2024 dit hotel geboekt, inclusief privé parking, wat 15 euro per dag kost.. Van de 7 dagen dat we er verbleven hebben we 3 dagen onze auto moeten verplaatsen, omdat de eigenaar meer verkoopt dan dat hij heeft. Hij geeft aan voor 23 auto's plaats te hebben, terwijl er maar 15 parking plaatsen zijn. En constant maar extra auto's toelaten. Als je hem hierop aanspreekt, wuift hij alles weg en neemt je totaal niet serieus. Ook het personeel (zowel receptie als ontbijtmedewerkers en roomservice) is niet vriendelijk. Verschillende keren goedemorgen gewenst en gewoon geen reactie teruggekregen. Roomservice is ook ontzettend slecht. Het duurt soms uren voordat er schone handdoeken zijn. Degene die dit hotel heeft beoordeeld met 4 sterren moet zich schamen. Ik raad een verblijf in dit hotel zeer af. We komen al jaren in Kroatië en ik heb nog nooit zo'n slecht hotel meegemaakt. Zwaar teleurgesteld en ik kom in dit hotel nooit weer terug.
