Guest House Vuceta

We booked via *********** and arrived around 7pm. The host told us in person using a translator app (as her English is terrible) that our apartment could not be used as there was an issue and had been unusable for the past 3 days. I don't know if this was true but she should have told us before not once we got there as I was keeping in touch and also notified her our arrival time! The village is small, she offered no alternative and we had a hard time trying to find another accommodation so late in the day as everywhere was full. Of course we had to take the only empty room we found which was not as good as the apartment we had booked. Terrible experience, very frustrating and unprofessional host. It ruined our day in Rastoke. On top of that after I left a bad review on *********** the host sent me abusive messages in Croatian via SMS on my mobile for a couple of days. I never experienced such terrible behaviour from a host in all my life.

Really cute house with lovely staff. (Family owned). Cute rooms. But the bathroom and a little kitchen is shared buy a couple rooms. The had free wifi but i didnt use it so idk the quality. The house is right on a little waterfall. You can hear the water the whole time.
