Worst desk clerk I ever had to deal with. Really unpleasant. My worst experience. Room was dirty. Stained carpet and filthy sofa. Furniture was outdated ,missing pieces and all scratched up. Air conditioning/heating was noisy. Couldn’t use it. Bathroom smells cigarettes. Wasn’t worth the 150$ can that I paid. I’m really disappointed.

This was my second stay at this hotel. My first stay the bed was very comfortable (queen room) my second stay ( king room ) the bed was very hard and not a good night after driving. Hotel needs some updating. Staff friendly.

The carpet in the room was stained and just appeared dirty. The drain is somewhat clogged in the shower allowing the water to back up while showering. The bed was hard and pillows were not comfortable at all I rate this place with a 2 star at best

The room was spacious and clean,but very old furniture and a super loud fan/heater aĺ night.Good breakfast.

First room was dirty - unmade bed and bathroom. Second room has the overwhelming smell of the cleaning products used in the room. Also had to plug in lamps and fix toilet. Walls need a paint job and a cleaning.

Stayed at this hotel 4 times over the last year and a half. Convenient location next to I-26, good price and they are pet friendly charging the lowest pet fee. Having said that I've noticed a decline in quality and cleanliness. Staff is always friendly but our room last night was not clean. I understand this is a pet room but the carpet had several stain spots, there was a hole in the rug, the dresser with the tv was missing a piece of wood and another piece just dangling falling off. The upholstered chair had multiple stains on seat and backrest. I honestly felt like this room belonged to a discount motel rather than the full price hotel. We stayed in this room another time and it was not in this condition. At the time of check-in, that night and next morning not a single luggage cart available. Access through side doors unavailable even with room key. We skipped the complimentary breakfast since last few visits offered very sp**** options.

Friendly staff although the desk was unmanned a couple of times while the clerk had to tend to guest issues. The complimentary breakfast was well done. Good, hot coffee was always available in the lobby day and night. They were a little short on luggage carts for the size of the hotel. Sometimes none available and I never saw more than 2. I recommend a TV listing card be added to the room because the on screen one was very cumbersome and confusing to use.

The property provided both comfort and functionality. The staff was polite and professional.
