Despite having the best views in town, with the Örebro Castle right in front, this is a sad and dull hotel. Most of the staff, particularly at breakfast, could not care less with hotel guests. Rooms on the annex do not have A/C and shades do not work well. The breakfast room is messy, with food and drinks on the floor, with staff neglecting cleaning it. It was our second experience at the hotel and there won’t be a third. It is a shame that such a great location is being wasted by poor management and/or lack of interest from owners. Örebro now has better options, as we have learnt on this trip.

Made very welcome at check-in. Superb location in the heart of the old town. Good breakfast. The town itself was a fantastic find and well worth a visit.

Got a room (511) facing a street with a PUB and kids couldn’t sleep due to loud music from the PUB. Please ask for a better room or look for other options.

This hotel is across the street from the castle, which is great. The rooms are spacious and well stocked. The breakfast was nice and if I am ever in the area again, I would stay here without hesitation.

Overvall, the hotel was nice and comfortable. The shower tiles, and sliding door definitely need to be replaced/updated. Also, the window curtain had a lot of stains on it. However, I must say that the spa and breakfast buffe was amazing. Def 10/10.
