Really loved our stay at the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and very clean and modern. We had a problem with our toilet and staff put us in a new room right away. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Beautiful hotel, and beautiful location. Great bed and shower. We did feel they were a bit understaffed and we had the unfortunate case to be there when a kids hockey team was also lodging so there were loud kids at the pool and common areas.

Very nice hotel and most importantly, no carpets in the room. Staff very friendly. I strongly recommend this hotel!

We really loved to stay at this hotel. The fireplace was not working, but they fastly offer us a free breakfast for one day and it was amazing! Only 2 small details: 1) I have tried to make contact with some questions before my stay and I didn't receive any answer. And 2) I told them it was my wife's birthday and an employee told me a box of chocolate would be their surprise to her, but unfortunately my wife never received that.

The staff were friendly and professional- the facility was beautiful. The pool and grounds are lovely. There are 2 dining options - one fancy and one pub like. Perfect!

Great stay, very clean room, friendly staff and the Bistro inside the hotel was amazing, excellent service and food. Would definitely go back.

Great place for visiting Orford/Magog and surrounding areas. Dining onsite is excellent -- we especially enjoyed dinner at the Bistro.
The pool is nice, though could use a bit more seating.
Overall excellent stay, and we will return and recommend to others.

Liked the area, the hotel is amazing and staff is very welcoming and helpful.
We found the Bistro to be too expensive, but breakfast was excellent.
