We stayed one night before our cruise and we really enjoyed the stay!! Free cocktails and snacks at happy hour!! Excellent breakfast buffet!! The room smelled fresh and clean and the free lotion, shampoo, and conditioner was nice!! Fresh towels and comfortable beds!! Everything was very clean!! Great location near international Dr restaurants!! We enjoyed Cooper Hawk Winery for dinner.

Don't be fooled by the name of this hotel. We thought it's a Hilton and decided to give it a try without further research. However, it turned out to be a mistake. The hotel is outdated, and the service desk staff was incredibly rude, as if she had woken up on the wrong side of the bed.
We were assigned a room on the second floor, which is the lowest level of the hotel. We noticed that there weren't many cars in the parking lot, and there seemed to be few people on the upper levels. So, we politely approached the front desk lady to inquire about moving to an upper-level room. However, we were met with a flat-out refusal without any consideration. Upon entering our room, it felt like we had stepped into a motel straight out of the 80s. My wife and I were repeatedly woken up in the middle of the night by the loud flushing noises coming from the neighboring rooms, resembling the roar of an airplane passing overhead.
Needless to say, we will never be returning to this hotel.

The only good from this place was the breakfast buffet. Otherwise the room wasn't very clean and the door handles looked gross and lose. There's no way to call for room service from your room as their bot only repeatedly tells you about their drop off service and you have to pay for parking each night. They don't tell you to use your room key so I got charged twice.

Great location. Lots of food options in walking or a 5 minute or less drive. Very busy area though in evenings. breakfast buffet was great and could get eggs cooked to order if you wanted. Would stay here again.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the additional cost for parking.

I stayed for 2 nights, and the last day I found a man boxer next to the night stand. I guess the housekeeping didn’t clean up well, it was unpleasant experience.
