Everything about this place is amazing! They have a plethora of pools and they always answer at the front desk. It’s easy to get towels even though the resort is huge! They are a great help and offer great deals for seaworld and water parks nearby.

Do not recommend to others for a family vacation. Not well organised. The resort is huge and you will have to get to the main entrance first to have a ride with Uber or Lfyt. I did not drive but it seems that the parking space is very crowded for anyone who brings a car.

The room was very, loved the amenities… the prices were very reasonable for the amount of space and room. I will definitely be booking again❤️❤️

This my second time at this property and I loved it.
Only downside is that the internet was dropping in building 600 and that was really bad for doing work etc.

There were some questionable people here. I know it was the ones that did the tour and got the free rooms otherwise they would not have been able to stay here. It was so loud at one pool that we left and went to another. It was one big group of yelling and hollering and the kids jumping on your head practically with no parent control.

On the very first day the lady at the counter was rude, the restaurant wasn’t very good, food was cold and didn’t taste very good and not a lot of options. Not close to anything within walking distance like other restaurants or shops and the room was ok ceiling fan was loud, sliding door was noisy. This place has potential if they’d work on the restaurant and shops and staff attitudes

I love the place . But did think i would be pushed into a time share. Which i was not there for at all or not into all. I was there for vacation to get way and to remember my 2 sisters that passed away 1 year ago. They would want me to have fun.
