第一天去的時候還沒打掃，訂的高層卻給我一個一樓房間，而且整個房間都是漂白水味道，我一家子人都等在外面，餐枱上都是臟毛巾，位置還算可以 後面換了一個房間但是入住體驗不好，住了三天沒有人打掃

다 좋아요 리조트 내에 음식도 팔고 디즈니, 유니버셜, 씨월드 각각 셔틀버스도 있어서 편했습니다.

This was our third stay at this property and as usual it was great. The property is well kept and the location is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Reservation made accommodations for a high up floor and ended up with a bottom ground level floor. Very bummed. flew from Michigan to be in this hotel

Owner texted within 15 mins of walking in to rate the place.
Water was warm, interior doors were loose wouldnt close, there was rust in light fixtures. Alot of stuff was falling apart. The balcony had no view.

This property never fails for a large family. We travel frequently to Orlando and you can’t beat this price for a 3 bedroom. Plenty of space and staff is amazing. Big shout out to Gardenia who was nothing but welcoming and happy to accommodate us. 10 stars for sure! Thank you Floridays always! See u soon!

The maintenance service was very slow when we had plumbing issues. Also, the rooms are outdated.

This is the third time we have stayed here in the last 10 years. Lobby has been remodeled and looks great. Staff is excellent and prompt. Our unit was missing quite a few utensils when we arrived. No pots and pans so staff was quick to bring them. We stayed in building D in room 402. Unit was clean but a bit run down. 2nd bathroom door did not work. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. Because some of the units are owned I am uncertain who has the responsibility of keeping the units updated. May look for something a little more taken care of next time.
