Employees don’t know what they’re doing, tried overcharging me. Booked a 2 bedroom suite for 7 people and they tried to give me one room with 2 queen beds and told me how I put people on beds was up to me. Manager had to come out and tell her it was two joining rooms. Then she tried to double charge me deposits for incidentals. One of the rooms smelled horrible. And there is very limited parking. Apparently they are using the parking lot of a plaza nearby to accommodate their guests and I was told I would have to wait until the club in the plaza closed at 2:30 am to get a parking spot.

This property needs major update. Very outdated for such a touristic town. When people smokes on balconies the smell goes into our room. The self break breakfast is subpar with couple of rotten apples. The only positive about this property is the location and parking.

Hotel staff was very attentive but the property needs some updating. My room was nice but the toilet didn't flush properly, shower had almost no water pressure, the stairwells were dirty and a bit scary. Pool and room view were excellent. My friends' rooms were in the other tower and their rooms were very nice. Roof top patio is a huge plus. Nice hotel for the price.

Given the location; it was very accommodating as all that International Drive has to offer is in walking distance. That was a PLUS! The lobby area was beautiful
but definitely misleading compared to the room we had. It was definitely giving motel feels. I was shocked to have our room located on the exterior of the hotel. The furnishings on the inside was OLD! Broken pieces of qood, old chipped chairs and decor seemed to hv NOT veen updated in YEARS! (OVERDUE!!!) Parking could've been a bit better but again for it neing free whose to complain. 1st come 1st serve.Other than that, our stay was great! We came with an itinerary so that gave us an excuse to bearly spend time in the room, however, I'd wish it was a bit nicer (anyone's) taste, not just ours.

Extremely outdated rooms and amenities. Clogged sink, dirty carpet, rusted AC unit etc. Overall very grungy room atmosphere. However the staff was very friendly.

The location was wonderful for Universal Studios. Although the breakfast was not exceptional, it was very good prior to heading out to the parks.

Overall good experience for the money. Desk clerk was dismissive when I reported the TV not working while checking out. Not even an I'm sorry about that. She just kept telling me to drop the room cards in the slot .

The hotel is very clean. We saw staff cleaning throughout. The staff are very friendly with everyone greeting us cordially even the housekeeping staff and maintenance staff. The breakfast was good with something new added each day. Centrally located with many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We would recommend.
