Homewood Suites was great. Amenities like the laundry room and the fitness room were well kept. The rooms were fine, with everything being clean. The bed was comfortable. House keeping did a great job each day, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and was varied enough to satisfy everyone in my party.
Some things I didn’t like was that the pool was smaller the advertised based on the picture, the elevator old and slow. The body wash and shampoo left me feeling dry and not properly cleaned, so I bought my own. But these are minor problems. Parking is $25 a day.
Overall, well worth the price, and I would definitely book this hotel again.

I booked the room a month in advance and called two weeks prior to my stay to verify my reservation and details. When I checked in, I was informed after checking my room that the king suite I booked was not communicated by ******* and that room style was no longer available, but a double suite was. The elevators smelled and the floors were wet. I had to shoulder into my door because it was stuck and then had to roughly push it closed or it wouldn't lock. The walls in the dining area were dug into, the bathroom vanity was broken, and there was blood droplets on the carpet outside of the bathroom. The staff was nice and the bathroom items smelled good, though.

There was a lot of humidity in the room and smelled like bleach. The place was very clean but the smell was just too strong. Besides that it was nice and spacious.

Hotel was nice and clean quiet location good breakfast in the morning. Only problem was the lack of hot water through out my stay.

We liked our stay at this hotel. It was clean and nice. The breakfast was better thank expected. The check in process was slow because the lady at the front desk was chatting with other people for quite some time while I'm waiting to be checked in.

The only reason why I don't give 5 stars for the conditions is because in the room where I was in on the fifth floor, the hot water in the shower was never hot, it became warm after 10 minutes the water was running…. Otherwise, it is a super comfortable property, super cozy, excellent service and a wide variety of breakfast offers.

Beware! This hotel is run by incompetent people. I informed the man who checked us in that my room was paid for in advance yet he still charged me again for some reason. Although we've been in contact with the hotel a few different times now, we've yet to receive our money back. The added stress is not worth any convenience this hotel provides.

Parking was not inuded and they charged $29 for 1 night. This is not disclosed in the information. Very disappointed, other options include parking for free. Box below mattress was broken y was very noisy, also the ac very loud. Pillows are terrible. Carpet smelled room 104. Bathroom is located inside the bedroom, so if you travel with kids, they will enter to your room anytime at night to use the bathroom. I couldn't rest in the whole night. I will never return.

There’s a highway right behind the building so all you hear is heavy traffic all night, the staff just wants you to go away when you need something, parking was $25 for 24 hours, the shower felt like needles from the mineral buildup, there was trash on the hallways, stained carpets, broken wall decorations, one of the elevators is broken. Not a good value at all
