Everything great!! Only issue was that one elevator was out of order. But we had a nice stay!

Front desk staff friendly. Nice spacious room. Continental breakfast was ok. Airport shuttle a plus.

At our 1:30 am arrival they told us Travelocity never sent over the reservation and even with a confirmation number from travelocity, they said the hotel was full and to work it out by phone with travelocity. After an hour, Travelocity found us a room up the road 4 miles at Red roof inn. They refunded the difference between the two rooms. This was an early morning nightmare and I feel travelocity should refund our entire 1 night stay.

The staff were excellent and very helpful for everything we needed.
The outdoor pool was NOT cleaned in over a month. Many leaves were in the water as well as tree fluff. It made the pool not useable. Very disappointed about that.
Everything else was excellent.
We would stay here again if we were not expecting to use the pool, for example in the winter time.

The check in person was not at the front desk for almost 15 minutes and when we called to arrange the shuttle to the airport we were told that they only go on-the-hour which was not indicated when I schedule this hotel. I had to get up and take my daughter to the airport because she needed a 5:30 departure, not at 5:00am or to be late with a 6:00am departure.

Not a lot around the property. But they were very fast and efficient. We had some room key issues but they got them fixed and we were still in our rooms early.

We waited for over an hour for a shuttle from the airport. Our bathroom was dirty, especially the tub.
