The property itself was great. Very clean and nice but our air broke the first night they came to fix it and it took 2-3 hours for it to cool down which made us stay awake way longer than we wanted to. Broke again 24 hours later, they fixed it, broke again 3 hours later. They wouldn’t move us rooms until I was extremely rude. It was completely unacceptable and they never offered me a partial refund and didn’t want to move me rooms. I shouldn’t have had to deal with maintence in my room 3 times with entire wall panels ripped down or been that hot for almost 10 hours of my stay.

The property is well kept and convenient for the theme parks. Close to lots of places to eat and shop also. Staff were very friendly and accommodating for our requests.
The room and furnishings are a little dated but was clean and tidy. By dated I mean the sofa was worn and bathroom sealant a little old. But all was functional and worked great for our family vacation. Secured entrance with a guard helped with the sense of security.

Worst hotel to stay at in Orlando, doesn’t care for cleanliness. Had to find another hotel at 3am

This hotel was completely closed down for construction and unfortunately did not say that in the reviews. The room we had was a great view but without any amenities we found it inconvenient to stay here. No dining or drinks other than a vending machine.

Resort was beautiful, updated, quiet and clean. Heated pool was nice. restaurant doesn’t stay open late.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was SUPER accommodating. They were so nice to us from start to finish. It felt like home. They secure the grounds, making us feel safe. The building was clean. We did not see any signs of bugs or pests. That’s a first for us in Florida. We wish that the space was slightly bigger so that we could all eat at the same table together, but there was enough room for us. They allowed us to check in slightly early, check out slightly late, and they stored our things in the back, while we waited in Orlando to catch a late flight. Overall, I have NOTHING but good things to say about this place. We thank them so much! Will definitely stay again!

Pros: Staff were nice and helpful. Hoetel is near all major attractions, and main roads. A lot of restaurants options. Cons. Hallway to the rooms was dirty, our “newly renovated” room was dirty and dusty. Hairs in the bathroom amongst dust and all dirt. For some reason in our room, we could hear the people upstairs (not sure if it’s because of the tile flooring). Also there were some dots of blood on one of the pillow cases on our bed (wish I would have noticed prior to sleeping on it the first night). Will probably not stay here again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. In addition, the room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was not open. I was told they are not open all the time by staff. We wanted to go in hot tub and have a beverage, however the bar was closed. That was disappointing.
