I had reservations for a king room but when I got there my room was switched to 2 queens. It was a larger room but I would have preferred the larger bed. I was told the king rooms were getting maintenance.

Room was very nice. Check in was supposed to be 4:00 and we didn’t get access to the room until 5:15. Unacceptable

We had a wedding to attend at the Dr. Philips Convention Center and the Aloft is a convenient walk to it. The rooms are renovated and clean, and the staff attentive. The valet parking was terrific and on time. We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at the Aloft Orlando Downtown.

Awesome stay! Everything is brand new..The rooms are spacious and perfect walking distance to all the Downtown Attractions.

I stayed at Aloft the weekend of my wedding and to say they took care of us is an understatement. Staff did an amazing job making us feel special. Room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for making it a memorable stay

This hotel was a perfect location to go to the Kia Center for an Orlando Magic game & it is right across the street from the Phillips Center. Everything is walking distance.

The hotel staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and exactly as described. The only issue we had when we arrived was where to park however we learned that the parking options are either valet or a nearby parking garage. We only stayed one night as we came for a Magic vs Sixers game at the Kia Center which was right down the street. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the downtown Orlando area.

After an event we attended, we went to the bar for a cocktail. The bartender seemed more interested in ending his night. He was not friendly and made us feel that we should just go to our room.

The front desk staff and valet were extremely pleasant and friendly. Room
Was clean and the accommodations were as advertised. It was our first stay at an Aloft brand, but will use them in the future!
