Best features are pool and size of rooms The rooms on other hand are in need of updates and deep cleaning Three stars over all.

Room and property were good. Pool area and staff were great. Only negative was the dishwasher and coffee makers were a little rough

This is the second time we've stayed on this property and just like the fist, it was amazing. The room was perfect for my family of five. It had enough space for the kids to run around and play. We will definitely be back.

The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, and we found a white shirt belonging to a previous visitor and the dryer machine was broken. The water kettle was rusty.

The two bedrooms was great to have. The jacuzzi tub was nice after a full day of walking the park. I would have liked to have a desk for the laptop.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were clear and no hidden fees. We have stayed at other resorts in the area and the bill was $500 more than they originally advertised. At Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa the prices were exactly what they said it would be. They were happy to make our stay pleasant and they asked no extra fees to do that. We will stay here again when we come to Orlando.

Rooms very outdated and furnitures were horrible. Not a good place if you are going to be multiple days in Disney. Very limited buses. We could not get any. You're better off driving which was only a15 minute drive.

Very nice location and very nice rooms. The only problem was the parking, they have few spots for parking for the amount of people that is always there
