We stayed on the 6th floor. You could immediately smell mold/mildew as soon as the elevator opened on that floor. Our room also smelled like it. The fire alarm also went off over six times from 2am until we started sleeping in the car around 6am. The hotel staff told us it was our of their control and there’s nothing they could do about it.

Very clean, very quiet. I was surprised that they charge for overnight parking to the tune of $25 for one night. The two bedroom suite was very spacious and would have been great for a long-term stay. However the temperature fluctuated in our bedroom so much that it made it hard to sleep. The air conditioning would kick on making a loud noise for about 5 minutes then would turn off completely and get warm. That is my only complaint. All in all, a very nice safe place to stay.

Nice, clean hotel.
No noise bothered.
Good soft beds.
Friendly staff.
Bus stop and 7-eleven shop within walking distance.
Swimming pool and fitness room available.
And every morning a good breakfast buffet.

Great hotel, perfect location for visiting Sea World. The hotel is very clean. The staff we encountered were all friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a two queen bed suite with a hide-a-bed. The room was huge, plenty of seating for resting in the room. The kitchen was nice. We didn’t use it much but we appreciated the large refrigerator. There is a CVS right next door where we bought some snacks, ice cream bars for the kids and beer for us parents. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The Mickey Mouse waffles were a big hit with both our teens and our 4 year old. We took advantage of the good location and walked to Sea World to save the hassle of parking there. It was no problem. Less than a mile from the hotel to the main entrance.

We got held up getting to Orlando, called the hotel, the young man that answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful. When we got there at 2am, he made everything go as smooth as glass. Check out young man was very pleasant, as was the breakfast staff. Rooms were very clean. If I am that way again, will definitely stay here!

Great location close to everything. Free breakfast was great and everything was clean and nice. Expensive parking but overall a great stay and experience.

did not like having to pay for parking and did not like that it was not mentioned at check in; everything else was great. hotel was clean, room was clean and well maintained. breakfast was good. they have a little basketball court that my son enjoyed using with the ball from the front desk.

The hotel was nice, breakfast was excellent. The room we had was great but the night shift staff was not very forth coming with information that parking was in fact not free on property and that it was $25/day!!!! That is insane! We found broken glass on the floor in the kitchen area and have made 2 attempts since checking out to speak to the manager with no response whatsoever! That is very poor customer service. Up until finding the glass on the floor everything was going ok with the hotel stay but finding glass is not safe and we had 3 year old with us who loves to play all over the floor. He could have been seriously injured by that glass had we not found it. Combine this with the fact that there were no cleaning supplies in the room except dish soap, no oven (how is this a full kitchen with no oven), no sponges provided and the refrigerator door was sticky and had not been cleaned properly. The manager not contacting us back within 24 hours of us leaving and requesting to speak to them is unacceptable. We are very disappointed in this stay.
