Hotel was average. Had asked for late checkout but front desk called 10min before usual checkout time to tell us we hadn’t checked out. Desk worker was rude saying he had no notice of late checkout request and he would have to check with supervisor. At the same time as phone call cleaner knocked on door and asked if we knew what time checkout was. Will not stay there again.

Great stay! Super easy check-in. We had some noisy neighbours but certainly not the hotels fault!

This is a great place to stay. The continental breakfast was well attended to. The bonus of this place is the Chinese restaurant on site with excellent food. I would recommend this to anyone..

This property was very clean and welcoming. However the pool was not operational and i feel this should have been known on the ******* website.

Everything was good. The only thing is the elevator was out of order and we had to get the stairs up 3 levels.

the hotel is dated. good for a quick nap but you can tell when it was updated they cheaper out. when talking to the staff it seemed liked we were bothering them

Front desk staff were kind an efficient. The attendant at the breakfast was always smiling and happy to help. Definitely will be staying there again

The toilet flow pressure in our room was low. Took 2 flushes to clear the toilet bowl of a piece of tissue amongst other problems

The property was dirty they didn’t have enough staff on site. Also I got a quote from ******* for the room when it came to paying it was $160 more than what I got quoted there is kids running in the hallways all hours of the night And people drinking in the lobby. Don’t recommend people that want and need rest to stay here because you will get none like I said kids running up and down the hallway after midnight.
