The hotel was 5 minutes walk from the Midosuji MRT station, and situated in a financial district. Accessing the shopping areas of Umeda and Shinasaibashi is within walking distance, say 10-15 minutes. The facilities are new, and it is of very good value.

My second time staying here! Everything is good. Just that at night it has less to do.

the location & view is acceptable. the issue is the changing of elevators in each time you get in or out of hotel. over all it is a good stay.

Stayed 3 nights at the hotel and were satisfied. We didnt make use of the amenities, but found the rooms to be nice and clean, and the hotel in an ideal location for us - quite enough to get some good rest and not too far from any hot-spots or good restaurants. If we come back to Osaka for some good food and culture again, we will likely book the same hotel. Money for value also given.

Stayed there for 3 nights when we are in Osaka. It is easy access from the Osaka Metro red line station M18 (exit 2). There are lifts to reach the Metro platform and the ground so it's convinient for you if you travel with luggages. Obviously it locates in the business area but there are a few family mart/7-11 stores around the hotel along with some small restaurant/noodle house. Not so crowded in the area. If you book without free breadfast, I suggest to go to the coffee house-Detour in the ground level of the building (it is not belong to the hotel). It's resonably priced. Will consider this hotel if we are back to Osaka in the future.

The stay was very pleasant, even if rooms are on the small side for the price. Room was a little unaired so woke with stuffy nose in the night. Bath tub very nice and breakfast excellent. Location is good and accessible by subway. Overall would stay again. They also let us check in early which was a bonus.
