Great staff on duty, usual premier inn quality, two problems the TV was faulty and wifi did not work. breakfast overpriced, Premier inn was my go to hotel but now prefer Holiday in express ( only added this because need to get to 200 characters )

Very good and good location.parking is good. Ju Clean tidy. Great staff very helpful. Good pub next door and food great . I’m not sure about them serving breakfast to the table rather than buffet style. It restricts all you can eat!

Hotel is exactly what it says on the tin! Simple amenities but clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable I must say. Staff were lovely and the two ladies at breakfast were very hard working and always made the effort to make conversation even though they were very busy. The only fault was we didn’t have internet two of the nights nor did we have hot water one night which wasn’t ideal with a young baby however the hotel staff allowed us to use another room to shower etc.. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Came up for a function, staff couldn't have been nicer, phoned in advance to ask if I had any requests, all staff were friendly and really made a difference. Nice room and clean . Location more suited to car journeys so not very close to town otherwise very good. Russell

Lovely and clean hotel. We stayed here for our son to compete in a cycling event at Llandegla. The staff couldn’t do enough to accommodate us and our two children (one of which needed some medicine to be stored in a fridge). Although we were advised of staff shortages (in suggesting to book) at the restaurant, you would never have said as they were exceptionally hospitable and supported us with our fussy little eater; again a clean venue with plenty of food choices to suit everyone’s needs. As always, a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was fine, but staffing cut backs in the restaurant meant it was closed by 9.30pm and for breakfast we had to wait for over 45 minutes just for a table even though we had pre-paid and booked. Restaurant and bar was clearly understaffed and staff were unable to deal with the volume of people staying in the hotel. Staff advised when shutting the bar at 9.30pm that the manager had cut the hours back so they had to leave by 10pm. There is nowhere else in the hotel to sit, which is extremely poor when travelling.

Hotel was greate. The food was hard to stomach. There were 9 of us. The rest of my family didn't want to leave a negative comment. But no problem with the hotel.but I do have a problem with the food. There's realy not much to choose from. So I played it safe and ordered chicken burger. Cit tasted disgusting. I left it chips were burnt over cooked everyone lefthem including the children. We had a meal deal so came breakfast time ordered full English. Eggs slightly warm sausage hard as rock bacon didn't taste right funny flavour beans almost cold. Mushrooms slightly warm but edible tomato was OK. It was a terrible experience. At the restaurant I don't know if this is a one off or not. But we won't eat there again.but will stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely. Just the chef needs replacing

Premier inn has a standard of accommodation that remains consistent wherever you stay and this hotel was true to form. Room and facilities just as expected, clean and comfortable, and all of the staff were Friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying in this hotel the next time we are here to visit the Oswestry Orthopaedic hospital.
