료칸 자체는 문제 없었습니다만 사이트가 정말 최.악 이네요
분명 검색과 예약은 어른4명 아이2명 했는데 아이 2명이 누락되어 20만 원을 더 쓰게 만드네요
심지어 다른 호텔은 어른4명 아이2명을 어른2명 아이1명이 누락되었더군요????? 아이도 유료인 애가 누락 되었고 여기 와서도 한 40만원은 더 쓴거 같습니다 상식적으로 더블룸을 한명씩 예약해 놓는건 무슨 경우인가요??????? 정말 최.악 이고 우리 돈을 중간에서 떼먹나 이런 생각밖에 안드네요 두번 다시 이 사이트 이용하지 않을겁니다

시설,서비스, 평범한 수준임. 객실은 4인이 사용하기에는 비좁고 음식은 개인적으로 최악이었음. 대욕장은 너무 작음. 료칸 내에서 입는 이상한 옷은 너무 불편하게 만들어져 있음. 두번은 방문할 일 없을듯 함

조용히 쉬고 즐기기에 완벽한 료칸입니다.
하루정도는 복잡한곳을 떠나 자유를 만끽할만합니다.
위치가 외지긴 하나 감수할수있습니다.
너무 마음에 들어 두번째 방문했음에도 만족합니다

모든 것이 완벽했던 숙소. 주변에 다른 시설이 없지만 숙소안에서도 충분히 모든걸 즐길수 있습니다

環境清幽, 裝飾雅緻.
員工友善, 招呼周到. 第一晚, 我們到得很遲, 車剛抵步, 員工已帶著雨傘迎接, 並很快就把晚餐送到. 第二天早上, 大雪把車遮蓋了, 員工就敏捷地幫手掃雪.第三天, 我們要離開了, 員工早就替我們的車掃了雪,真的貼心.
每天的早晚餐都非常豐盛, 烹調極之美味. 每日的菜式都十分精緻.餐後又可到酒吧嘆酒,醺醺的,看著窗外雪景,👍👍👍👍👍

The property is properly located at a quite neighborhood for people looking for privacy. Well renovated yet a bit modern as compare to other onsen ryokan in Japan. Staffs are super polite, helpful and considerate, exceeds most 5 stars hotel standard. The food over there are nice and the presentation is superb. It is just like an art...Each guest room has its own in-room onsen. Due to limited guest rooms, the public onsen is like private onsen most of the time. My family has an amazing stay there. Looking forward to re-visit the venue again if I come around Otaru area next time.

Interior design is very modern, room was very cozy. Though stairs to upstairs which contains 2nd bedroom and bathroom was quite steep, so try to get single story room if you are planning to travel with elderly family member.
Food was amazing, seemed to be cooked with fresh ingredients.
Staff were very kind. They were very supportive and respectful.
