This hotel is terrible. Swimming pool is broken, no steps in and out, so if your older or larger then you will never get out. Food is tasteless, infact I got with my wife a very bad food tummy problems, Sickness. The water from the showers non functioning properly, no water pressure can't wash properly. This the worst hotel I have stayed, the worst in morrocco for sure,although most are a bit dirty, but this takes the certificate for filth.

Food poisoning... BEWARE... went for 4 days, 2 spent vomiting, and sitting on the toilet, lifeless in bed for 2 days and 2 nights, had to leave this hotel and stay in Oscars hotel in the city just to get away from this horrid horrid hotel, although I slept through the whole stay, so total 3 nights and days spent sleeping, did loose a little weight though, always a positive with every negative. Lol. My daughter also sick, not as bad as me. Only ate in this hotel. Kitchen dirty, owners who live in paris, Gabby, could not care at all, demanded more money for extras. In the hotel another client was also sick. Then at the airport, a day later than we needed to leave, so yes, new air tickets, more money lost met another family and they too had been so sick too. We chatted and knew this hotel must clean up. It is not ready for western clients. Now the hotel.... The pool area is all broken, all the garden furniture is broken, all tables wobble, chair legs give way at any moment it really is THAT BAD A HOTEL. The area is unusual, can't say I liked it, but it's quiet. The room had a shower that was so poor, hardly any water coming out. Wife couldn't wash her hair. The town skoura is just awful, rabbits in cages waiting to be slaughtered, chickens, flies everywhere. Staff very kind, but very difficult to find always hiding. Food terrible, can't trust what you eat so really can't stay at this hotel and poison your family, remember people die from bad food. The other families said they will leave reviews to this hotel, When back in London I wrote to owners asking for a part refund, from that moment on they never wrote to me again. I don't know what these people are like but most unpleasant people they must be. I have spoken to a French lawyer, and do plan to put them through the courts, as in my opinion you can't expect your clients to pay to be poisoned! I a nutshell glad it was me mainly sick and not my little boy.

We stayed at the property in June, and it truly is an oasis of peace. The beautiful garden is filled with plants and a few friendly animals. There’s a lovely pool and a bocce court, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner during our stay. Our room was stunning, decorated with artisanal pieces, clean, and meticulously maintained. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, we had an excellent experience and can't recommend it enough!

This place is found 15 mins down a dirt track. We were greeted by welcoming staff and their service was attentive for our whole stay. The rooms are very basic but the bed was comfortable and clean. This place is fantastic for just switching off and chilling out. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan, very plentiful. Evening meal was a variation of a tagine each night. The sunsets from the rooftop were magical. They don’t except card payments.

This place is idyllic. I was after a 6 day trail ride I wanted to relax before flying home. Perfect. The rooms tastefully decorated in Moroccan style. I had a triple so plenty of room. Comfy bed and pillows. I slept so well as the room is dark and very quiet. The grounds were filled with tree and flowers, birds singing the resident 3 geese and peahen and peacock. The pool was lovely for a good swim. Breakfast and evening meals were served outdoors. The food was excellent and very generous portions. The best of all were the super friendly staff that really made my stay special.

Attention to details. A wonderful place- literally an oasis. Lot of greenery. Has a pool/ and hammocks. A play area for kids. You can get away from it all. Wonderful service. A terrace, that was both an evening lounge and breakfast area, had wonderful views of the palm trees. Terrific pictures of sunset. Rooms were clean, well provided. We got the junior suite. Money well spent. Food was exquisite. Catering to vegetarians. Breakfast was appropriate. Nice moroccan wine.
