Yo who is giving Atlas 5 stars in the 21st century?? The place is rendered in 3D - the 3 Ds being Dark, Dingy and Dirty. This place was booked as a last minute thing to cover an accommodation mishap but the place wasn't fully occupied (as far as I can tell) and they gave us a room that was pretty gross - and for £80 odd too. Avoid, fam, avoid. Also #freepalestine TripAdvisor

Breakfast is almost not existing, heating system broke at night & woke up on AC blowing cold air when the nights were 0 degrees! No hot water in the morning, electrical plugs falling off the walls. Hotel needs a serious renovation!

The building was dirty.
The staff were helpful and changed it.

In general, it was okay, the receptionist Hanan she was professional. We might come back when things get better someday, we had a little drink next to the pool. And for my opinion, they should demneu the clor or the PH OR THE PH+

Me and my family had a wonderful 2 nights in the hotel receptionists were warm and knew how to talk in English we injoyed a delicious breakfast and a wonderful dinner there and the pool was nice and i got a tan next to it over all an amazing experience can't wait to be back

Pour être bref, c'est un hôtel 3* moins. Pour les détails : -＞ Points positifs : 1. Le service/personnel 100% : Tout le personnel est extrêmement sympa et très serviable. C'est le grand point fort de cet hôtel !!!! 2. L'emplacement en centre ville proche de tout 3. Petit déj. très bon, copieux et assez diversifié/complet (sauf café) -＞ Points négatifs : 1. Moustiques : j'en ai tué une dizaine en rentrant à la chambre et chaque nuit je me réveille 3h sur le son des moustiques sur la tête znnnnn malgré que toutes les fenêtres restent fermées 24h Zéro moustiquaire dans l'hôtel malgré le nombre important partout partout 2. Hôtel extrêmement vieillot avec matériel/fourniture d'une autre époque. Un renouveau de l'immobilier est vraiment indispensable ! 3. Proposer un café espresso en option à 30dh lors du petit déj est minable. C'est un indispensable en petit déj.. (sinon café en thermos n'importe quoi) =＞ Bref, un hôtel 3* moins avec un renouveau d'immobilier et de fournitures d'urgence. Sinon, pas de problème d'électricité ou d'eau comme disaient certains en commentaire.
