This hotel, Hampton by Hilton Oxford, is located on the outskirts of Oxford. I hadn't originally booked this hotel, but after seeing the high temperatures forecast for the UK, I switched to this one because it had air conditioning. The area around the hotel is very quiet. The king-size bed (1.8m) was very comfortable. However, the room space was quite small. For three of us, once the sofa bed was pulled out, it was difficult to even open one large suitcase. The shower room was fine, and the breakfast selection wasn't extensive. We drove about 10 minutes to the Redbridge Park & Ride. We bought a 'Parking + 2 Adults Return' combined ticket for £2.50 from the automatic ticket machine there. This allowed two adults to ride the return bus for free and included 16 hours of parking. The third adult could buy a single return ticket directly from the bus driver when boarding. This was a very convenient way to get to Oxford city center, as the buses were very frequent.

I paid £8 per day for parking through the receptionist at the front desk when I checked in. The next day, when I was checking out and picking up my luggage, I estimated that my parking time had exceeded the limit by over an hour. I specifically asked the receptionist if I needed to pay for a second day of parking. After checking on the front desk computer system, he told me it wasn't necessary and that he had waived the fee for me. I even thanked him for it. It was also my birthday that day, so I was quite happy. However, after returning to China, I received a £60 penalty from Parkmaven and a £35 administration fee from Alamo. This has turned what should have been a pleasant trip to the UK into a very upsetting experience. I am filing this complaint and requesting the hotel compensate me for these related fees.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, and the facilities were good. I particularly appreciated having everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful throughout, which made the experience even better. The hotel also has a nice atmosphere and is in a convenient location for exploring Oxford and the surrounding area. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

I can't even imagine it. Attic, I, a big man of 158cm, bumped my head 6 times in one night. Who would dare to imagine? It was so violent that I almost broke my cervical vertebrae. According to our country, it must be a single bed, but it is a double bed. It is extremely hot. There is a small electric fan with a tilted head, which sounds like a tractor. It was a lively night. There is no independent bathroom and the two rooms are shared. One, it’s convenient to take a bath, but I don’t have enough experience. I’m sorry.

This is the second homestay I booked on Trip.com on this trip to the UK. Because the problem in Edinburgh made me very embarrassed before I checked in. Fortunately, the address was correct and the check-in method was very clear. I found the problem after entering the room. The room type with two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom is displayed on the platform, but in fact, there is a bedroom, which is a description error. Fortunately, it is also a Trip.com The butler's proactive service attitude makes customers feel warm in a foreign country! (Setting aside the description does not match this, the overall feeling of this room is very good, all facilities are complete, the room is clean and comfortable)

Great stay and great customer service on arrival. breakfast was good as well with plenty of choices. Location is not too bad, in fact around 30min walk to city. On-site parking was provided. Amenities were just ok. Room was quite small but cozy. I was worried of the busy road at front, but it turned out to be ok for Sunday morning.

Good location, surrounding have coffee shop, pub, tesco express, boosts, M&S, sainsbury. Bus station just nearby hotel, short ride to city center. Hotel have air-condioning, usefull during summer stay now.

Second time booked and stay in this hotel and this time come with a car for an overnight stay Pre booked car park space with £7 per day behind the hotel and considered easy access and good for me Walking to Oxford city center with about 20+min which is acceptable and considered good for me Will definitely consider to book and stay the same again if no other nearer or lower rate hotel available

We stayed at room 216. The room is nice and the beds were comfortable. there is a menu for foods to order but there is no phone to contact the reception or the restaurant. During the booking I add in the special request for 3 mugs but there was only 2. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is located in front of the bus stop and it is surrounded with other shops also like tesco.

Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.
