It’s ok hotel. But the some staffs are not that friendly. It’s really difficult to deal things. It’s just some staff and some staffs are good too. So it depends on which staff you are dealing with

A little odd layout. Three buildings which led to us walking quite a way to our room
But the room was clean and tidy and comfortable.
The receptionist was charming

Conveniently situated near the Ring Road without much in the way of traffic noise once inside. Had a room on the ground floor but the room above had squeaky floorboards when the occupants moved about. Next to Beefeater restaurant which is handy for dinner & breakfast as well as their being a covered way between both buildings. Large car parks at no extra charge..

We arrived around 8pm. The guy who served us was amagin. Helpfull staff. Hotel car park was clea,plenty space. Room was spacious, spotless, nothing more to ask. Our nigth sleep was good for two nigth. Easy access to city centre by taxi and buss. Highly recommended

Dear Premier Inn I booked 45 rooms over two nights for a business meeting. Hotel was fine but your app is woeful, even your staff complain about it. When you search a booking it crashes and says something went wrong. And today I find out that without calling your customer service you do not automatically receive refunds for cancelled rooms, on your call waiting Sir Lenny says just sit back and wait for your refund. You take the money in one day and 15 days to return it? I will think again before I part with a few thousand pounds.

Chose hotel for accessible accommodation, however, I could not get to and from the room or the restaurant without help due to 4 non automatic opening narrow doors and a lack of turning space. The bedroom was spacious with a huge wet room with good accessibility features. Unfortunately, the heating did not work (just blew cold) and there was already a small oil filled radiator in the room when we arrived. It had not been turned on and the room was cold. After a few hours the bedroom warmed up but the bathroom remained cold all weekend. As a result, taking a shower wasn’t much fun and the floor remained wet.

Another great stay at premier inn, room comfortable and warm. Staff really friendly and helpful gave us information about buses and a map so we could explore Oxford without taking the car. Had a lovely birthday surprise from Sarah and Jo thank you ladies it was really appreciated. Booked the meal deal so much great food, this is the perfect location to explore beautiful Oxford, Blenheim Palace and so much more can't wait to go back. Thank you for making our stay amazing.
