Eşim ve oğlumla gittiğimiz bu tatilden keyif almamızı sağladıkları için tüm personele çok teşekkür ederim. Yemekler ve temizlik konusunda ***et yeterliydi. Özellikle ara öğünlerdeki sokak lezzetleri gerçekten çok lezzetliydi, oğlum Mevlana restoranın etli ekmeğine bayıldı. İçecekler, odaların soğutması ve her yiyeceğin izdiham olmadan rahatça alınması bizim için en büyük rahatlıktı. Tekrar bu güzel tatil için teşekkürler.

Flew with TUI from Birmingham. 45 minute coach journey from Izmir Airport. The hotel is immaculate, everything from the rooms to the Toilets on each floor they are clean and well serviced. We stayed in a Double room with a Sofa turned into bed, beds are firm but still comfy, rooms are modern and feel more western than other hotels in Turkey. The Bathrooms are clean and spacious only downside is the shower we were given that kept partially flooding our room if spending more than 5 minutes in the shower at one time. Plenty of activities available from never ending poolside entertainment to a Foam Party on the Pier. Pools are large and clean. Food was superb, buffet food was always hot and freshly made (you can watch them.) MAKE SURE YOU USE THE A LA CARTE, we chose the Italian and were given 6 unreal courses best food ever. Make sure you check out the Irish Pub for the best cocktails ever, a little hidden gem. IGNORE BAD REVIEWS!!! Would I come again? YES Would I recommend? YES Value for money? 10/10 Perfect Quiet Holiday in Turkey!

We flew with TUI for Manchester and after a short delay, landed pretty much on time into Izmir. Bags came through after 15 minutes and we were pointed into the direction of our transport. Turned out to be a modern 15-seater, along with our party of 3, just 3 others. After a 40-minute drive, we were dropped off at the hotel. Efficiently checked in, quick bite to eat (overnight buffet to 5am) and then to bed. We spent the first few days getting to know what’s what, and have settled into complex life nicely. We go home in three days, and I would like to congratulate the staff for their tireless work in keeping the whole complex tidy. Constant cleaning, nothing too much trouble and we’ve found the majority of staff accommodating and friendly. Our room is a double with a nice hard sofa (great for sitting on), after 4 nights of sleeping on it I told the reception staff I wanted a bed to sleep in, and they provided me with a reasonable solution, after a short room rework. Fair play. The room is cleaned everyday to a good standard and we’ve been very happy in it. The food has been very good, musn’t grumble. The breakfast is our least favourite, don’t expect anything like the uk. The Turkish tea is nice, but not our cuppa……the coffee is extremely strong, same. Manners of, or rather the lack of, other international guests always amuses me. Expect rude and disrespectful behaviour. The old story of sunbed wars, not as bad as many European destinations I have to say, but watch your shade, close an eye lid and shiver me timbers, people have the neck to pull a sunbed into it. The neck. For the life of me, I’ve never understood why complexes think everyone wants repetitive beat music, played too loud all day, over poor quality audio speakers……and in this case mainly German and Turkish music. Bring some headphones! The hotel needs to sort out the floor boards on the pontoon/jetty - trying to get some shut eye away from the disasterous non-stop disco is like living at Clapham junction train station. It’s not hard to screw or nail down the floor boards. Bang bang bang ‼️ Oh yeah, worst wifi we’ve ever come across, constantly dropping out all day every day. Needs attention. Ideal for families and couples, nothing local. Local town 6km away. We did a visit to kusadasi which is 75€ return. In a taxi, lots of fake stuff, if that’s your bag. Local bus is €3 each. We took a taxi as TUI want to charge a 12-year old adult price, ffs TUI, get a grip, they charge €19 adult (12+) and €9 kids. Speaking of TUI trips. There is a reason I’ve not been to one in about 10 years. They were always about selling you trips, not about the hotel, they need to rework this strategy. Anyway, we attended and sure enough, a few minutes about the hotel and then straight into the sales pitch. We were interested in hot air ballooning over the calcium pools, TUI wanted €225 pp. guess what, googled it and we managed to get it for €390. Exactly the same. Wake up TUI, times a

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff, clean, has good variety of food and drinks. Cabanas are brilliant. Snorkeling, water slides as an additional free entertainment. The entertainment team were proactive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

As someone who have been to various 5 star resorts all over the world and especially in Turkey, I really liked this hotel. The hotel it self is nicely decorated with royal interior and has a very nice ambience. We usually go to Lara and Belek area for vacation and have been travelling through Turkey the last 3 weeks, we found this hidden gem close to İzmir airport and Kusadasi. We did not regret our choice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the amazing cocktails from Berfin in the Snack Bar. The food choices are great. The breakfast and dinner is lovely and the lunch is just delicious. I miss more variations on the desert. It’s not enough to serve 3 different varieties of Baklava. The rooms are nice and we were on 3rd floor, but the rooms could be more sound isolated. The pools and beach area is very good. There is something for everyone. We tried the Spa and Hamam which was amazing. Thank you to Elif and Halit for their great service. The gym is very good and well equipped. The kids animation is really important for us with 2 small kids and it did not disappoint us. Thank you to the great staff for being engaged and encouraging. We will for sure come back in the future.

Recently visited this hotel, first time in Turkey! It didn’t disappoint. Fantastic hotel, lovely food. Staff are wonderful . Really enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t have asked for more! Highly recommended for family’s and couples, the place really does cater for everyone! 5 star at its finest!

What can I say about the Sunis..Firstly I am sorry it has taken me so long to write the review! This was our 3rd trip to Turkey, and in all honesty it was going to struggle to beat our trip last year, but it still did well and I would highly recommend. I've tried to break it down by area's I think relevant: Reception & Guest Relations Very friendly, accommodating. No job too big or small. Lovely Lady with the red hair, I am so sorry I forgot her name but she was lovely! Rooms & House Keeping Very fancy room controls to advise whether you want your rooms cleaning. Mini fridge topped up everyday, and always cleaned to a high standard. We had a slight issue when we arrived where we had to swap rooms the next day, but the manager couldn't be any more apologetic or accommodating while resolving this. They were Fab. Only shout out for our shower was it did over flow on the floor! We just made sure it didn't. No biggy. Pools & Slides Normal slide opening times the same as I have seen at other hotels 2 hours from 10am - noon then closed and re-open at 2pm - 4pm. Little shame some of these times were at the same time as kids club activities. Life guards hit and miss, daughter had an issue one day and they were like lighting in the water, and another day a boys floaty came off and I found myself trying to Hasselhoff to save him while the Lifeguard watched his phone. I think this was reported though as the next day someone was out ordering them around like the army. Haha! The cleaners around the pool deserve a medal, some guests were just vile, half the time I was in the Guest relations asking for other guests to be dealt with! Respect to others cost nothing. It annoys me. Glass round the pool for example. Food Amazing, Ill be honest and say the service is not the same as I have experienced in other Turkey restaurants, to some extent it didn't bother me. However table service was more in evenings than breakfast/lunch. The little kebab restaurant near the pool is an absolute must - amazing. Most nights we were served by Siam and we loved him. Al-a-carte - 1 a week allowance is free, and then you would have to pay for further sittings. We did Turkish/Mexican - both were lovely. Was new to me having a free sitting, I think further sittings were a bit more pricey than I have seen, but not complaining about having a freebee! Need to be early to book though as you can only book day in advance and some days were closed. Sorry can not remember!! Ice Cream Parlour/Patisserie absolute must! Lovely and cool up there. Beautiful desserts as always. Fatima for Omelette everyday - loved her. Kids Club The team themselves try their utmost with what they have but in all honesty the facilities around the pool could do with upgrading. They have a good room inside the hotel but it does not seem to be utilised. A negative for me is having to pay for some of the bits for the kids club, not something I have experienced previously. Examples would be T-shirt/bag pain

Just returned today from a brilliant two week stay at this hotel. The hotel is equipped with everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel in Turkey with two large attractive pool areas and a clean sandy beach with clear waters. If you like to snorkel it's ideal with a variety of fish and some rocky areas. The pools were cold but no colder than others we have experienced in Turkey in October and certainly no colder than the sea which many still swam in. The whole hotel is kept beautifully clean and the staff friendly even though at times rushed off their feet. We found the reception staff and Guest Relations particularly helpful, answering our many questions, organising taxis back and forth to Kusadasi and Ephusus and has to be said generally making our stay even more enjoyable with unexpected acts of kindness. Service in the main buffet restaurant was a bit chaotic in the first few days due to the sheer numbers of guests but we just changed our times and went when the rush died down. The variety of foods on offer throughout the day was extensive and did vary on the evening buffet although staples such as chicken dishes, pasta, pizza always available. The many a la carte restaurants are definitely worth a visit. We tried Mexican, Chinese and the Italian and found them all very good. We enjoyed the live music events and although we didn't see all of the shows, we enjoyed the ones we did see. If I had one recommendation to the management it would be to try and cover the food in the beachside restaurant/snack area a bit better as I think the sparrow's (birds) are eating more pasta than the guests! It is however amusing to watch their cheeky exploits! I would like to send thanks to all the employees who made our stay so enjoyable particularly Gurcan who always looked after us so well and Hatice who kept our rooms (1202,1206) so spotlessly clean and always greeted us with warmth and a smile. To those due to visit, try the unfamiliar dishes in the restaurant and definitely the cheese and spinach Gozleme cooked fresh in the snack bar.

Superb stay at the hotel, and a wonderful holiday. The hotel is spotlessly clean and offers a selection of restaurants, bars and pools. The facilities are really comfortable, with well appointed rooms that are maintained to a high standard. Staff throughout the hotel are friendly, helpful and want you to enjoy your stay. We ate at all of the a la carte restaurants, and the buffet ( main restaurant) and never had a bad meal. The staff in the restaurants were really polite and friendly. We were always able to get a sun lounger and the pool areas were kept clean. Drinks service by the pool was excellent. Entertainment was a little poor, but it was early June, and I wonder if it was too early in the season, so many of our evenings were spent in the Irish pub which was good fun, but I would suggest that thought is given to moving the entertainment mean for outside to perhaps not be moved to the Irish Pub as that venue seemed too small for the sound system. Spa was great, and the indoor pool really nice for a morning swim before breakfast. The jetty and beach were great for a day in the sea and we made good use of the sun loungers and beach bar in the afternoons. Lots of daytime activities, and music by the pool, including ice cream. It was a great holiday at a lovely hotel.
