Notion Kesre Beach Hotel & Spa Ozdere - All Inclusive

We arrived at 2 am and got a wrong room, double room 2 beds but booked a family room.. 2 beds 3 People does not work/fit... 4am another room.. next day again another room, food is simple.. most of the time cold... or something nice like salmon after 15 minutes empty, drinks minimal choice... Service 80% bad... hygiene mediocre, did allready 400 euro groceries and outside drinks and taxi to make the stay/holiday better ... a lot more to say (10 times more in a lot of details and stories!) but maximum 200 letters... for us never again.. Positive: small hotel.. close to beach

From check in to check out all the way 5 stars for this hotel. Staff in this hotel are amazing, very helpful, always smiling and very attentative. Asma was very good with children entertainment and taking care of children while we relaxed in the pool. Very clean and variety of food options. Private beach, definitely would recommend this hotel for families and mature couples.

We have stayed for a week in this wonderful hotel. It has been our first time in Turkey and we have been pleasantly surprised. Beautiful hotel, very clean and well maintained. Members of staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The lady at the reception has an exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable. There is kids club and Asma works with children during the day making cookies, pizza, face painting etc. She also engages happily with children during the day around the pool and during the mini disco. There are games during the day: beach volleyball, darts, ping pong, tennis (speak to the entertainment team), aqua gym. There were 2 shows during our stay and it was fun. Bar staff are amazing, polite, professional and at the same time are great fun to have a conversation with. The young man at the snack bar was making delicious pizza and burgers. Hotel is very beautiful and it's worth visiting different areas to have a drink and to appreciate the design and comfort. Pictures are great addition and add a lot of character; great choices and very interesting. Room: cleaned daily, very comfy beds, very friendly and helpful staff. Sauna is opened between 12-3pm and you can also borrow clean beach towels from the spa area. Restaurant: well presented delicious food and plenty of choices for everyone. Salads and cakes were our favorites! Often, there is a grill outside, so plenty of choices of meat. The restaurant manager is very professional and always around. He was extremely helpful when we needed the first aid kit in the evening. All inclusive: tasty drinks, coffee machines, snacks and pastries. Pool and beach: there are 2 life guards by the pool and the private beach. Very clean and well maintained area. Slides are great fun! Guests are very friendly and opened to conversation. I will definitely recommend this place and certainly will be back. Tips: plan to visit historical places (Ephesus), Pamukkale, Kusadasi for shopping as there is no high street in walking distance from the hotel. In the evening it gets cold, so bring cardigans. Miss animator Asma is the best!! Verry nice and lovely she is very good with kids and the kids love her!! The hotel is very nice everyone is very friendly and the food is great but I’m really impressed by the professionalism of miss Asma really good!!

A really nice hotel tucked away of the beaten track with its own pebble beach nice size swimming pool active pool with slides a toddler activity paddling pool Nice selection of food available to suit many tastes , now unfortunately the food lids were kept open all the time so the food went cold rather quickly down a star for this , the gym , indoor pool and jacuzzi were closed down another star for this , and unfortunately their was NO entertainment throughout my week down another star , I arrived 3rd October expecting everything to be open as stated when I booked down another star on the bright side the sunset was fabulous

Luxury, clean and quiet hotel with personal attention especially by Mustafa at the reception and Kadir at the Spa center! Food is server with a lot of variety. Hotel is close to Kusadasi and Efeze.

Excellent - food, service, housekeeping, cocktails. Everybody is so friendly and openminded. Highly recommended. I can’t understand bad opinions - it’s a paradise. Directly at the sea. Mealtimes almost all day long. I feel like everybody here is treated specially. Perfect! 🏖

Thanks to Notion Kesre hotel my first trip to Turkey was incredible. All the people working there were really nice and friendly, everybody asked if i needed something, the service was on top, large choice of meals and drinks. It’s a lot of space around hotel, big swimming pool, sea view from every room.
