A nice quiet place in natural surroundings. Bed was a little tired. We thought it had a kitchenette according to the ******* description and planned to cook. But it was only a mini fridge and a microwave. ******* only offered a $9 credit for the issue.

Love going to Pacific Grove, it’s right down the street from the beach which we love it’s quiet Russia is very kind and she will accommodate you always been going here for over six years and never a problem

Very disappointed. We've gone here for a number of years and the property seems to be deteriorating. We found damaged carpet, wallpaper peeling off the walls, faucet fixtures loose, fire place not working properly. We used to enjoy our stay here. It needs a bit of improvement.

The property is safe and staff are friendly. They would benefit from a bit of a remodel. Some of the fireplaces did not work. But outside of that it was clean and nice.

No room service but staff is nice. room clean but dated. has all you can need. great location to the beach. great price.

Outside probably look nice but the cottage have broken tub handles fireplace did not work bed sheets were dirty and there was no power in the complex due to rain, housekeeper was very rude when we asked her for clean sheets!! Paid for 2 days and spent only one day there lost out my money

It was a great stay overall, we come to this hotel quite often because of how quiet and peaceful it is. However, a big reason we come is for the king suite which has a jacuzzi tub, and unfortunately for the first night that we originally were only going to stay one night the hot water was not working and that was an extreme disappointment. The next day we called the front desk to tell them about the water and we're hoping to get some type of discount or even free stay for the next night, they were prompt on turning on the hot water however I was not satisfied with the compensated rate, which was I believe maybe around $10 off. I'm grateful for the discount and in general, however I believe it should have been maybe a little more of a discount or free because a few other things didn't work but they're not important. Also just a little bit of advice I love having our own little back patio in that room however it would feel much more private and relaxing if maybe there was a fence or more of a wall blocking the back patio from the main parking lot. Lastly, not a huge deal, just thought I'd let you guys know It was a little bit dirty just in the nooks and crannies which is not a huge deal to me but you know might be for other people and so maybe the cleanliness could be stepped up a notch. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay very quiet and private and we enjoy staying there.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Quick 5 minute walk to beautiful uncrowded beach at Asilomar Beach. Fireplace, ceiling fan. Feels like staying in a nice, comfortable cabin.

Lovely site feels like you're in the forest. Front desk person was very nice and accommodating.
