Came around noon on nov 25 , just to confirm my reservation , nobody at lobbby , after ring the bell , probably 2 minutes show up a person , male first word he said , WE are to busy in the back !!! I said ok , can you confirm my reservation, please , he said we have nobody cleaning the rooms or more personal , ( but with a tone , showing he is pissed ), I said well I’m sorry to hear that , but I think that’s not my problem , I’m just a guest . He said YES that’s your problem too , and ask me DO you want stay at the hotel or Not !!! Yelling at me . Damn really bad experience. I know customer service is getting so scarce , but don’t think so have to suffer humiliation from some frustrated hotel clerk , manager or whatever he was , cause he denied to identify himself .
