Bella Vista

Brilliant stay! We arrived and were met by Kelly she was very welcoming, showed us to our room which was a family room 2 double beds and on suite, it was very clean and lovely with a bit of a sea view, there was tea/coffee making facilities and more bits on request if needed, Kelly said her and Chaz were downstairs if we needed anything and left us to settle in. A little later we went to explore Paignton with the kids on our way out Chaz made a point of introducing himself to us and chatted with the kids for a little while, gave us tips places to go etc. We had an amazing weekend here bit Kelly and Chaz are amazing hosts place is spotless we loved it. Thank you for everything and we can’t wait to come back. The Baileys

Me and my partner stayed here for two days, we had a very warm welcome from the hosts who are lovely, our room was great very comfy bed and everything you need for a short stay, its only a couple minutes walk from the pier and the beach, we will definitely be staying again when we return in the future

What a wonderful stay I had at Belle Vista , Kelly and Chas were the perfect hosts and made my stay warm and welcoming, The bedding was clean white sheets And pillowcases . The Guest House is immaculate throughout. The breakfast basket I ordered lasted me two days , The location is a very short distance from the sea front . My advice is don’t ponder over booking it as you may find they are fully booked, I have highly recommended Belle Vista to family and friends . What a lovely b&b we were greeted by Chas and Kelly and showed us where to park which is a bonus in Paignton not like the bigger hotels charging £15 a night we were then took to our lovely room very clean and plenty of tea coffee and milk very good folder with information with menu's of places to eat we will definitely be coming back thank you Chas & Kelly

Excellent guest house. Owners are fantastic. Rooms are what you'd expect from a guest house. Plenty of tea and coffee in room, also bottles of water. Very quiet and onsite parking. Rang ahead and said we were going to be early and they left their Sunday lunch to welcome us. Talking of Sunday lunch, visit the Spinning Wheel, just around the corner. Great vibes of an evening too, with live music.

1st time at this lovely family run guest house . We arrived and was met by Kelly the owner who showed us too our accommodation and giving us all the information you need.Excellent value and very comfortable and only 2 minutes from the beach and shops.our room had everything we needed right size towels ,tea coffee facilities nice size tv walk in shower and hair dryer.Also had two wine glasses left in our room as we had brought a bottle of wine on our first night .And a plus there was also parking. This was a great find in the heart of Paignton will definitely return and recommend it too friends thank you Kelly and chazs
