it's at a convenient location to get to downtown Seattle or the premium outlets. The breakfast is good with an acceptable number of choices. The room is ok and standard Holiday Inns style. Staff was attentative and nice to deal with.
However, they randomly charge things to your credit card without your knowledge. And they don't follow up to resolve the issue (no phone call, no email, no good explanation, just nothing). If I haven't checked my card statement, nobody would have caught this mistaken charge. I have to be the one to chase the manager down to get an answer, and it's not satisfying. While I understand people make mistakes, it's just not ok that nobody took the ownership to correct their mistake.
I have stayed at many different Holiday Inn in different countries and cities, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with them.
