Hotel Divine Fort

Excellent service is provided by hotel .. Food is good .. room service is good… property is maintained clean.. staff behaviour is good .. due to recent high court rules car need to put is temple parking , hope they are getting figured this soon ..

I stayed with my mother, purpose of stay was to visit palani temple. Location wise awesome and it is in front of ropeway station, hospitality is great and staff was very humble. Overall my stay was memorable

Only drawback is, the parking for guest vehicles in government parking lot currently effective from april 2024. The hotel staff were helpful to shift luggage to and from the hotel lobby. Staff are well mannered and helpful. Neat and clean rooms, bathroom, bedspreads, towels, toiletries, and a big thumbs up. Have reduced a rating point down because you should provide more drinking water based on request and not charge 45bucks a litre. It's a basic necessity and 2l for 24hrs is v less in scorching heat. Hope it's taken in the right spirit and implemented.

The only hotel in Palani . Beautiful atmosphere and hospitality. High Quality vegetarian food and excellent accommodation. we can watch the temple from our rooms itself

Overall it's very good stay and staff's all are very friendly. Recommended for family's and it's near to rope-car entrance. Only draw back is car parking. However the hotel staffs helped to pick up and drop the luckages from the free parking which is located 100 meeter away from hotel entrance.

Hotel is good and very near to the ropeway. Rooms are spacious, clean and staff are courteous. But the biggest problem is parking. You have to park your vehicle in the govt. Parking lot. You have to park the vehicle in the scorching heat hoping that nothing gets stolen from your vehicle. If you are accompanying senior citizens never ever think of booking this hotel because they have to walk a long distance in the scorching heat with no help from the hotel staff. Unless the parking issue is sorted out, this hotel adds little value to the trip.
