The building is lovely, although under heavy construction through 2024 so -- noisy. The picture shown is not the room we stayed in, which was much smaller. Here are the issues:
Ad says self parking in a nearby lot. That ended some time ago. So it's a question of finding one hour street parking or waiting for the one valet. Service is "free" but tips add up.
Ad says kitchen facilities. There was a microwave.
Ad says towel service. Nope. We got two towels on arrival, which never dried after first shower. No way to get new ones. Beach towels were already filled with sand.
Ad says TV and WiFi. Bother were barely functional.
Ad says clean. We had cockroaches. Left two days early.

Non refundable. Completely inaccurate descrption of property. Surprise emails after booking. Booked based on photos that were nowhere near what accommodation looked like. Will never stay again. Complete disappoin**ent.

This is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. We were so comfortable here and it felt just like home. I would love to go back but there is no availability these holidays, hopefully we can do it when we come back to Florida.

loved decor of apt!clean fresh and very PBeachy!classic..also location. i walked to everything!lots of food choices shopping and beach within a block!

Nice efficiency with balcony. Convenient to beach (short walk), restaurants and St. Edward’s Catholic Church. It’s a condo rental, so I wasn’t expecting much in the way of services, but some of front desk staff could have been friendlier.

Had some questions before arriving and realized there was no phone number listed for "Tropicals of Palm Beach." Had to search and call the actual Condominium which is the same front desk for the hotel, so I wish they would have just listed the phone number somewhere.
I had a package mailed ahead of time, but was told nothing was received for the unit I was staying in. I was assigned a unit upon check in, there was no way I could've listed the unit in advance. Tracking said it was delivered and signed for just days ago. The staff tried to help find my them (they're very clearly labeled "Please hold for guest ___, arriving ____" on the exterior of the box) but they couldn't find anything. Of course, they eventually found the package the day I was checking out.
Great location, and amenities, but it was too humid and musty in the hallways, was really glad they put a dehumidifier in the room.

Tropicals is a wonderful property. Renting on the penthouse level is definitely recommended. Aiva and the Tropicals team were excellent at communicating details about the property before and during our stay.

When we went to check in, the woman at front desk didn't have our reservation. She had to call the manager of the unit to have them forward the reservation to her. The issue was handled quickly, but it didn't feel great to think that we didn't have a place to stay for a few minutes.
The room wasn't as nice as it appears in the pictures. It was kind of run-down and dingy.
Lastly, I woke up with dozens of bites on my legs and ankles, which I can only assume are from bed bugs. Disgusting.
