Staff was very friendly and helpful. Resort was very nice and food was excellent. Need music at the pool -pool bar starting around noon. Need a better selection of music to keep the people engaged

Service was excellent. Only issue is with Palapas. Need a better system to reserve them and not have to wake up at 6 am just to get access to one.

Our stay at Riu Palace Antillas could not have been more enjoyable! Sometimes at All-Inclusive Resorts, the food is not that wonderful, but here - it's amazing! At each restaurant, we had fabulous cuisine. Even the buffet was really really good! The staff were amazing and we never waited for food, drinks or housekeeping. We loved everything! Especially grateful for the bartenders: Tania, Tatiana, Fredy and Sebastian all took really great care of us.
The proximity to the beach was wonderful and the pool guys were more than helpful in finding us chairs to lounge in. We loved the location of the resort with easy access to shopping, bars and restaurants as well. Overall, Riu Palace Antillas gets 10/10 from us!

Overall Every thing was great, if i had to complain here are some things.
1) Having to reserve beach space at 6AM - should have online reservations the night before
2) We were on the 18th floor beautiful view other than construction, the towel racks on balcony and in bathroom were both detached from wall and need to be fixed.
3) Restaurants need to have additional seats or extended times
i.e. if you don't get there at 6pm you may not get in (Steak House)
Overall the place was great just highlighting some things that I didn't like but would definitely recommend

The room was spacious and very clean.
The staff was always smiling and eager to assist.
The food was good and plentiful.
Everything was as pictured
Would definitely stay there again

Love this resort ! Check in process was easy . Drinks were good. Breakfast and lunch was good with a big selection, we did dinner every night off the resort. Rooms were clean . No complaints :)

I suggest that you have more variety in the entertainment- different types of music to suit different ages and musical tastes of guests, such as older music, early (1950s-60s) rock and roll, popular standards, easy listening, etc. Aside from this, everything was excellent. I am especially impressed by the friendliness of everyone who works there, in all jobs.

We had an amazing visit. We were very please with the resort. If you’re going go down very early and reserve chairs on the beach or by the pool. The food was really good even the buffet. My only concern was for a front desk person names LOUIS. Our flight was delayed and we had to stay another night. Louis stated they had no rooms and turned us away with no place to stay. Another employee searched and spoke to management and secured us a room. The next day at checkout Louis made it an issue we received the room and proceeded to inform us that the young man who did help us got a “stern talking to” for giving us the room which I felt was very unprofessional and not necessary. That was the worst experience of our trip how uncomfortable we were made to feel. Overall we had a good visit.
