We were there for dance competition. The check process was quick and convenient. We had dinner at the restaurant upon check-in. Everything was delicious. The room accommodations were spacious and clean, but not necessarily completely updated. It was exactly what we needed for our weekend regardless, beautiful view one of the tee offs on the golf course. We were in one of the ballrooms they provided water but we definitely had to order in everything else that we needed. There were no additional accommodations to purchase lunch from the hotel on site in the ballroom area. Very low key. Despite the rainy weekend, the hotel grounds were well-maintained I wish at the very least the Starbucks in the main building would have remained open all day and shifted to sandwiches midday or something for the kids so that we didn't need to leave the hotel.

It was okay, we made the most of it.
Check in starts at four, we didn’t get our room key until after 5pm. So, we just waited on site for over an hour.
The main pool and hot tub didn’t work. Both heaters down.
There were two other pools to choose from, smaller and worked.
The main pool had an excellent bar, food service and staff. Really enjoyed the Saturday Yoga class.

There was no elevator in our building. It would have been good to know that ahead of time since my husband has had any replacement and hip replacement. Also the shower would not come on completely and the bathtub did not drain so the water pulled around our feet.

We were unimpressed. The restaurant, the food was mediocre, there were no elevators in our building and the rooms were very dated. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the outdoors but the stay was mediocre

I always love staying here despite me not being a golfer nor tennis player I just love the gorgeous surroundings and the magnificent staff.

It’s a very convenient property if you need to be in the Clearwater area… it’s a little tired on the surface but tidy and the staff is excellent on all fronts…spacious rooms with balconies and kitchenette.

The property was very nice. The room was updated, the people were friendly and welcoming, and the setting was very serene and peaceful. The heater for the main kids pool was not working so that was disappointing, but we made the best of it and still got some pool time in at one of the other ones. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay again.

While the staff was extremely helpful and my room was fine, I found it very difficult to navigate the grounds at night. It is dark and few of the signs are lighted.

Not worth the money crazy price for a room with no refrigerator tried to call ******* got a robot
