Marinell Collection Palm-Mar Apartments

We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments. The check in staff at the complex were really friendly and helpful. In fact - they were exceptional. So friendly, professional and helpful. I had already sent them a request for an apartment with not much walking from the entrance, due to the fact that I am awaiting knee surgery. They respected my request and were given the easiest apartment available access-wise. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean. There was everything we needed - dishwasher, washing machine, really good shower, fully equipped kitchen and all very new and clean. The bed was really comfortable. As Palm-Mar seems to be an upcoming resort, there are lots of building works going on nearby, but they did not really bother us. Work seemed to stop around 2.30 pm. We didn’t pay for the parking in the complex, but parking on the road just outside was never a problem for us. All in all, I can recommend these apartments to anyone, as they are clean, well appointed, and the staff super friendly. Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay. I would recommend that, if you are visiting the resort of Palm-Mar, you rent a car. We visit the Canary Islands frequently, and always use Cicar - exceptional service.

A very nice hotel, a real estate in a remote town under construction. They are quite touristy, and watch out for the smell mentioned in the reviews - it is a very strong smell of horse dung or garbage. Nice service, although the knowledge of English varies from very good to poor or non-existent. The attractions mentioned by the hotel, such as the swimming pool, gym and mini golf, are only open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., which is a big minus..

These apartments are excellent. Only one downside no air con. But had a good fan which we found ok. They have everything you want including hob fridge freezer washing machine and dishwasher. Bed is large and comfortable. Pool area is very chilled out with plenty of good quality sun beds. Shower gel hand wash Washing up liquid dishwasher tablet and wash pod supplied. Some excellent restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend these self catering apartments.

Cheap. But really budged location. There was a terrible connection to the city. View was bad. Unfinished apartments from years ago. Really hot sith no airco. Was in november but wot not book in summer!

El trato del personal de recepción ha sido excelente, muy buenos profesionales. Las instalaciones muy bien equipadas y el ambiente perfecto para relajarse. Los apartamentos tienen de todo por lo que no echamos de menos nada. Al tener todos los electrodomésticos nos facilitó la estancia.

Buenas instalaciones, limpieza excelente y personal amable . Destacar la amplitud y decoración de los apartamentos .Personal de recepción muy amable, te asesora de todo lo que puede hacer y ver tanto en la zona como en la isla. Hay parking disponible por tan solo 7,50 € al día lo q es bastante cómodo ya que accedes directamente al apartamento. Volveremos seguro. Gracias por todo.

Appartamento nuovo e ben attrezzato, situato in posizione strategica, vicino alle spiagge più frequentate di Tenerife (Los Cristianos- Las Americas a 15-20 min in auto).. Purtroppo, avendo la necessità di utilizzare internet per lavoro, non solo la rete wifi non ha mai funzionato, ma non siamo riusciti a navigare nemmeno utilizzando roming dati. Alla reception, sebbene molto gentili, all’inizio ci hanno detto che avrebbero risolto in giornata, con il passare dei giorni hanno ammesso che internet era praticamente inutilizzabile. Peccato, perchè sarebbe stata una bella location da cui però non vedevamo l’ora di fuggire.
