This is a special place. The parking situation is a little confusing, there should be a big, clear sign that says "Hotel Guest Parking" for those arriving later at night, but aside from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We've stayed in hotels across the USA on a 20 day road trip and this was the most unique and fun.

Poor Poor Poor from walking into the establishment The GM did everything to put us off Palm Springs We had 3 rooms booked
Bedrooms very poor one of our number sat on his room bed and it collapsed !! No hot water Fittings in shower very dated We tried in all 3 rooms to get hot water but no success Spoke to reception without any improvement
In all honesty if had not had dinner booked we would have checked out and moved to another hotel
If you appreciate the finer basics this is the last place you want to stay
We are 3 UK citizens all business owners and Palm Springs is great for a stop over between LV and the west coast STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE !!

Love this hotel. Great ambiance with super friendly staff, well appointed rooms and beautiful sunsets. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in town.

Welcoming entrance, clean facilities, just generally a relaxing place to stay with the pool and fire pits being an enjoyable benefit. Staff are friendly

The room and check-in area smelled of mildew and mold. The curtains were torn and didnt fit over the entire window. The main light in the room was burned out. They would only give us one key, even though there were three of us. This hotel is, at best, a three star hotel.

Very nice property and a complete bargain for the price. I would’ve expected to pay more. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Pool and Jacuzzi are nice.
