The staff and management bent over backwards to make sure we were looked after. I would have no hesitation in booking with the Fergus hotels again. Totally impressed. Beds were very comfy, buffet was plentiful and staff attentive. Highly recommend.

Amazing Hotel x Great Food x Fantastic desserts x Room was super Clean & Cosy x friendly Staff x great location x the Beach was a stone throw away x only thing was the room phone wasn’t working which was a shame because I wanted room service for couple nights, told the receptionist they fixed it the next day x

Our second time at this hotel and cannot fault it. Food offering amasing. Rooms lovely and clean. Location for Matias beach two minutes. Oh and staff excellent Special mention to Anna who dealt with a couple of questions and requests is such a caring and professional manner

Food Was amazing , good quality . Something for everyone . Room We paid for sea view . Was worth it . Pool We didn’t use roof top pool as you had to pay for the beds . Lower ground pool was ok, some part of pool area is shaded up until after lunch. Depends where the sun is . Beach Literally there as you walk out of the hotel . Service Room was cleaned everyday , got clean towels daily . Staff were friendly Great sunset view from room and also roof top bar . I would stay here again.

This hotel is definitely not a five star hotel. It is branded as the only five star hotel in palmanova however this is not the case. There is a lack of hospitality from staff making us not feel welcomed. We arrived as a group of 10 people and immediately felt unwelcome as we received a lecture on “how this is a five star hotel and not a party hotel”. Maybe because we were young and the receptionists assumed we here to party in Magaluf but this was not the case. The hotel very close to the Magaluf strip so you will hear the nightlife. The only benefit of this hotel was the adults only part. There is something to be said about the cleanliness of the hotel. During my 3 night stay, I saw multiple cockroaches in rooms, in stairwells, in lobbies etc. photo below. The bedding was not what was expected from a five star hotel with extremely light pillows and only a bedsheet to sleep on. The staff were also not able to accommodate late check out for any of the five rooms we had. Instead they offered us another “courtesy” room at 2:30 for 30 minutes to shower. This meant they cleaned our original room, cleaned the courtesy room before we used it and then had to clean this room again. This did not seem like an efficient use of housekeeping resources aswell as our time and seeing as a spare room was in-fact free, should have allowed us a late checkout. This hotel really needs some advice from a five star hotel operator. Fergus operates many budget hotels and doesn’t seem to have a clue about the luxury hotel scene
