Like others are saying, don’t listen to the negative reviews, location excellent, hotel and rooms very clean, excellent choice of food, salads & meats lovely,desserts delicious, if you want Michelin star then not for you, staff friendly and helpful

Cracking wee hotel , don’t listen to the snobby reviews , if you want Barceló, Hyatt , Rui , 5* you pay the prices they charge … Food is 3/4 * quality (as a chef of 30 odd years there’s something for everyone, you will not go hungry) alcoholic & soft drink & snacks all day , staff mostly happy at work ( except the nippy sweetie on reception when we arrived 😬) the place is spotlessly clean and plenty restaurants bars supermarkets etc within 5 minutes walk , pool is quite small but plenty sun ☀️ beds , enjoy your holiday , we did 👍

Just returned after a great weeks holiday with my mum & two sisters and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Reception staff during the day weren't friendly but the man who was on at night was lovely and helpful especially when I had to take my sister to A&E overnight and I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Bar staff also were rude but they do have a self service station for juice, beer & wines. Entertainment could have started earlier as 10pm is quite late even for adults only hotel but had some great acts. Food wasn't the hottest but tasted good & a microwave was available & plenty of choice to choose from. Ivan & Ronaldo in the restaurant were amazing and brought fun, smiles and laughter at each mealtime. The rooms were comfortable & clean towels given each day but rooms not really cleaned by the domestic staff bins emptied & bed made which wasn't a real issue to us. Hotel is situated close to beach, bars, shops which is ideal. All in all as a family we would definitely stay here again. Big shout out to Victoria, Ivan and Ronaldo they really helped us enjoy our stay at the Globales Panama and are a real asset to the hotel.

A lot complain about the beds - we find when we go anywhere in the world the twin beds are king-size, therefore big enough for 2 in one. Most have rests under castors to keep them in the one place. Most places we've been to do that. Spain, Croatia, Japan, Canada, New Zealand to name but a few, Croatia being the last. Wherever I go there's a review left about the hotel and the place to give an idea, whether it's worth going to for the hotel+place, tips on buses like the last on Royal Ariston in Croatia which we've just arrived home from.

Just returned from an all inclusive four night stay here with friends and felt I had to write this review after reading previous reviews and feeling very concerned. The hotel was very clean, all the staff were absolutely fantastic and so helpful. The food and drink was excellent and plentiful. The entertainment was good in the evening. Plenty sun beds but people put towels out at 8:30am, pool cold but actually pleasant. We all had a fantastic girly holiday here so don’t read previous reviews if you’re going. Quite a few hen and stag do’s which we didn’t expect but it was the bank holiday weekend.

Very poor !!! Where do i start ? With the good points. The place is generally clean and tidy. The room that we had we clean and tidy. With a nice bed and nice shower. Thats the nice bits done. "That didnt take long" FOOD !! is awful !!!. Very little choice and what there was was often cold. But lets rewind a bit and start with finding a clean table to eat your meal with.That wasnt filled with the previous people used plates knifes forks etc etc. One night me and the wife litterally could not find table that was ok to eat at. LIFTS : At certain times of the day it was kaos trying to get a lift especially if your put on the 6th floor. I sometimes found it easier to walk. All INC DRINKS : The beer is very weak. I do enjoy a beer but found this poor. To such an extent i decided to buy a "wrist disc" from the reception. Due to the bar being a cashless if you get a "wrist disk" from reception you can put euros on that then go to the bar and by better higher standard drink with it. Well perhaps a couple ? I put 40 euros on my card then after the humiliation of being abruptly told I had no money on my card in front of other people stood at the bar i decided to go to the reception to find out what had gone on ? And low and behold i did have money on my disk !!! A quick heated spanish converstion then took place between the manager at the reception and the dazed and confused woman at the bar. Some moments later albeit still slightly embarrassed. I did eventually leave with a well earned bottle of magners. LOCATION: Palmanova is ultimately a place where most young nightclubbers seek refuge from the very close neighbouring magaluf they seek at night. "All night untill the early hours as a matter of fact" And is not for the faint hearted. Most mornings i went for a early morning jog before "tackling" breakfast and some of the sights albeit well policed were shocking. Inbetween palmanova and magaluf i never went one morning without seeing some instance where People laid unconscious all over the place or an ambulance wasnt road side collecting another young reveller. The local council workers do try frantically to keep the place clean but quiet honestly they are fighting a loosing battle its very unkept and scruffy in both places mentioned. ENTERTAINMENT None came on till 10 and the bit we seen was poor. CONCLUSION : We spoke to quiet a few couples whilst staying at tbe hotel and they were all of the same opinion.And that was they would never return. Just the little things like having no kettle in your room after paying for all inclusive. But you can rent one for so many euros each week ??Wouldnt you think they could stretch to a kettle in your room ? All in all very poor. Poorly managed and poorly trained staff that quiet frankly didnt look like they even wanted to be there. Couple that with the "Warzone esk" location and its the furthest thing from anything tranquil. 3/10 at best. Regretably a definate not going back there again !!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Food wasn’t great and the restaurant has no a**osphere whatsoever. Location is fab, entertainment was adequate, pool area nice and relaxing although the beds were really stuffed in together! No space between you and the stranger next to you! Some of the bar staff were downright rude. There’s a knack to pouring beer at the self service and people were struggling…clearly the biggest pain point for bar staff and they are just so reluctant to help. Big queues at the bar. No menu to let you know what they serve. Rooms were spotless, and well looked after. All in all, we enjoyed our time here.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to describe what happened to me in this hotel. After a few days spent in the hotel, my fiancée and I are resting in the hotel room, it's around 7 p.m. Suddenly we hear loud banging on the door of our room, as if someone was hitting the door lock with a hammer. I ran to the door and shouted to let the person banging on the door know that someone was in the room. However, I didn't open the door because I was afraid it might be an armed burglar and I didn't want to put us at risk of death during our vacation. The noise stopped and the person who was banging on the door left without a word. Still not opening the door and remaining in the room, we called the hotel reception and told them what had happened. We had a big problem explaining what happened, because the person at the reception did not know English well, which seems to be a necessity in a hotel reception, but ok. After a few minutes of waiting, the phone rang from the reception and we were told that it was a technician who performed regular repairs . The whole situation is suspicious because there are no cameras that can see this part of the corridor, and when I shouted to this person, he did not answer that he was a hotel technician to calm me down, he just ran away. I warn you against this hotel.

The hotel was was spotless clean all staff were very friendly from dining staff to bar staff the hotel was great no problems with getting sunbeds the only problem there is no back ground music at the poolside but viktoria the entertainment girl was very good a got us into play all the games during the day and was great at night to she was only herself but is a credit to the hotel and louis the bar guy was brilliant and friendly to he remembered our drinks order and was really good for information regarding the area and ana who worked the bar down pool side bar was lovely and spoke good english the 3 off them made this trip and are a credit to this hotel all a say dont believe every review you read its a great hotel location is brilliant and food is ok but you have so many good restaurants to eat in right next to hotel the only bad thing is they dont pass on the good reviews to staff mentioned in them and the safes not been free is shocking as 40 euros for the week and charging 3euros a day for iron is bad me my wife and brother and sister in law payed 900 pound each for 1 week all inclusive from 29september then getting charged for extras is not good
